Benvenuti in un'oasi sull'oceano. 61 Dune Lane è una magnifica casa di fronte all'oceano con 5 camere da letto e spazio per tutti.
Al piano principale della casa, siete accolti con grandi finestre da pavimento a soffitto che si affacciano sull'Oceano Atlantico. Ci sono 8 posti a sedere al tavolo da pranzo formale e altri 6 al tavolo della colazione. La cucina ha tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio e una macchina per il ghiaccio separata per mantenere fredde le bevande di tutti. C'è anche una grande isola con 3 sgabelli supplementari. Il soggiorno ha un grande divano componibile e TV a schermo piatto e una vista incredibile! La master suite si trova al 1 ° piano con un letto king size, ampio bagno privato e TV a schermo piatto. Il bagno principale ha un sacco di spazio con 2 lavandini, vasca idromassaggio e doccia. C'è anche una stanza di polvere appena fuori dalla cucina al piano principale. Appena fuori dal soggiorno c'è un grande terrazzo, con ampi posti a sedere che guardano l'oceano.

Pros: Great house! Very clean, tons of beach towels, some beach/pool items available for guests including a ping pong, corn hole, and blow up pool floats. There must've been 20 beach towels available! The view compared to many other listings was amazing due to the wrap around floor to ceiling windows! There was an elevator which I didn't realize (even though we didn't need it). Every single bedroom has a private full bath! There are two master suites (one on the first floor and one on the third) with amazing oceanfront views. The walk to Coligny is about half a mile, and my teenage boys loved the indolence of walking there on their own! Tons of shopping and restaurants. There's a grocery store in the shopping plaza as well.
Cons are nitpicky: We had difficulty entering the house. You need a garage code to get to the door that has the code to enter the house. I believe it was an oversight, but we did not receive the garage code, so had to enter through an unlocked patio door after trying all the doors. The kitchen is well stocked, but could use a declutter and more pantry space for dry goods. Although the kitchen had everything you would need, the pots and pans are no longer non-stick, and there are no extras left behind like salt/pepper, oils, saran wrap, aluminum foil, etc which most of my other rentals tend to have. The hot tub was broken but it didn't affect our stay as we didn't use it.

Property was great! Our large family really enjoyed the space! Kids enjoyed the bonus space upstairs and pool! Beach access was good but the steep incline a little tricky for all ages but still manageable. Property can definitely use a little TLC but nothing major and understandable for the property age and the elements of the environment. Grill was replaced during our stay and lesson learned to check grill before buying grilling meats !! One of our highlights at this property was definitely the outside space where we hosted a private family party and a chef recommended by the managing property group and it was wonderful! The only negative other than the steep beach access was the fact that trying to be a flexible and help out the property I rushed back to the house and waited for a repair guy to service the dryer vent. Being the last day I wasn’t happy about it as it was only one of the few days the weather was perfect but I understand the scheduling constraints to get important maintenance accomplished so I thought I would be a good player and help out. So I waited for over an hour and finally reached out for an update on the ETA for the service appointment. Sorry, they are running behind and going to reschedule. Now that was frustrating to say the least! Can’t get that time back! The great pros of this property, elevator, kid friendly. Convenient to shopping. Close proximity to the beach! With a few minor updates this property has a lot to offer! We hope to be back soon!!

We loved our trip to Hilton Head and the property was just as described. We had a few hiccups but the property managers were unbelievably attentive and fixed all issues immediately. Best property managers we have encountered by far!

We loved our week on Hilton Head Island! The house was amazing! It was well stocked. Every bedroom had an ensuite bathroom. With the floor to ceiling windows the view of the ocean was breathtaking. We also loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Heating the pool was key at this time of the year. The kids even got in on the day is was in the 50's. The pool company vacuumed and checked chemicals mid week which was impressive. We rented bikes from Hilton Head Bicycle Company. They were delivered Saturday afternoon so we had the whole week to enjoy them. The property manager was also great. When we had questions we got a very quick response and they even checked in after a couple days to make sure everything was OK. We highly recommend this property!

Our getaway
This property was exactly what we needed in respect to beach and pool. The house reverberated noise loudly which was chaotic with 3 children. Otherwise, comfortable.
The management team responded promptly and satisfactorily to 2 issues we had: pool heating and clogged drain.

Amazing Vacation Home
Our family had such an enjoyable week vacationing at this home! We did not want to leave! The house with the beach access and private pool along with all the other amenities was such a treat! Beachside Getaway was super prompt and extremely accommodating, so pleasant to work with, on any requests. Shout out to Akeem for helping with TV until Spectrum could arrive. I would gladly use Beachside and 61 Dune again! Great Vacation!

This spacious, beautiful house provided amazing views of the ocean and was perfect for our family of four (with lots of room to spare.... we just didn’t want to share)! The upstairs sitting area was great for the kids and the pool was perfect.

Sand, Sun and Sea says it all about this beautiful beachfront home. Just a few footsteps from the ocean ... but also has a sense of privacy, and you can bring your fur-babies along to enjoy to beach! What more could you ask for!

Awesome Location, Wonderful House, Beautiful Views
I rarely say this, but the pictures don't do justice to the property or the location. The views were stunning, the kitchen so well equipped, perfect for our family of 5, and I believe a group of 10 or more could easily stay here and not feel crowded. This home is made for entertaining and then the views!!! The access to the beach (right off the back), the pool and spa, the many decks, we biked on the beach, enjoyed the stunning sunrises and sunsets swam in the pool, relaxed in the spa. We felt very at home but at the same time extremely pampered. I highly recommend this property!
