Cleanliness
Lack of restaurant amenities and the parking.
The Ritz Carlton next door had wedding parties and the sound was loud.

The lobby was well designed.
Pillows were awful. They had 0 fluff and hurt my neck.
Breakfast was also awful. Everything had an odd taste and texture unfortunately.
