Procedura del check-in non agevolissima (gentilmente completata dallo staff) ed il terrazzo poco utilizzabile a causa del calore sprigionato da una ventola posizionata sul terrazzo

Overall it was a good stay. The location was great and it was an easy 8 minute walk to the train station and 10 minutes to the harbor/port with lots of shopping, cafes and restaurants. The aquarium and sea museum were close by also. The apartment does overlook the highway, but it did not bother us and with the doors closed, you hear nothing. I sat on the balcony every evening enjoying the music from the boats or just the sounds of the port. The apartment was large and good for a family of 4. It was clean overall, but could use a deep clean under beds, sofas, under appliances, etc. The hosts were very accommodating and were always available via whatsapp. I had some issues with the towels and they brought us new ones. They let us stay 30 minutes past check out time. It was a safe location and even though getting access into the property was a bit of a challenge, I felt it made it extra safe.

There are a few things that is keeping this place from going from "Good" to "Great". The towels need to be replaced. Even though they were clean, they were old, thin and getting holes, and didn't match patterns. The bedding and furniture were very dated and looked old. Also, we were staying for 10 days, and were only given one towel each. Even with a washing machine, a family needs spare towels. As we are close to many beaches, it would be nice to have beach towels available to use also. It would be an easy fix to get some Ikea bright colored or pastels duvet covers with fluffy duvets and replace the pillows to nice new fluffy pillows. Also, the wall clock in the living room is missing half of the numbers, so it just looks like the owners don't care. The Nespresso machine needs a good scrubbing and a good clean under the beds and stairs as lots of dust collected. The front door does not close well, so you have to slam it shut for it to lock.

Nothing.. loved it.. the key system is tricky to set up, u need to call the office and Francesca talked me through it, once u set that up it’s easy .. 2 sets of keys would have been handy so we could have one each to come n go but it wasn’t a big deal

Spazi ampi

Balcone vista mare non fruibile e più che sul mare dava all'interno di uno spazio del porto adibito a manutenzione, con forte e nauseante puzza di gasolio. Lo stesso balcone è rientrato e serve per lo scarico dei condizionatori. Non ho usato cucina o altro che sembrano comunque nuovi, ci ho solo dormito e usato bagno. Parcheggio all'aperto costoso ma comodo anche se poco sicuro, come tutta la zona, in quanto all'aperto e non custodito; ti raccomandano di non lasciare nulla all'interno neanche monetine. Rapporto qualità/prezzo sfavorevole.
