Very clean and had everything you needed and more

It was a great location very in the middle of everything but very quiet x

Everything with the apartment was great from ease of getting from the airport to the front door. The host kasia was great sent lots of messages to keep upto date with the time that the apartment would be ready for us to check into. She sent me links to a few places which we could use to keep our luggage if the apartment wasn't ready for us but had not issues as I got a message when in the airport to say everything was ready and could check in any time. Sent lots of photos of where we could find the front door which lead into the apartment block and where the lock box was located and the two codes which were needed to get the keys and to use the door into the apartment block if it was closed. Kasia left some sweets and snacks which was a great touch and a few bottles of water for us to use. The apartment had everything we could have needed. The location was great to in the center of the old town and found that we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to see.

Great location, clean and with all the amenities you would need for a short stay in Krakow: - kitchenette with kettle - hairdryer and bathroom products - TV with Netflix (in case it’s raining) - umbrella (in case it’s raining again) - coffee machine - comfy big bed - good communication to get keys etc.

It’s not that we didn’t like property, it’s just we were expecting more and it’s now clear way… I’ll explain A rating of 9.7 is fantastic! So, you expect it to be just that… however, paint peeling away in the bathroom, broken tiles and a shower-head that doesn’t stay up, uneven and creaky floors (we understand it’s a old place but even still), old boiler in the main room, nowhere to store your bags after a 10:00 checkout… and here’s why it gets a 9.7. You are asked to rate the property 10/10 as a “favour”. This is not how it works… you get a 10/10 if it is 10/10. Otherwise it’s all a bit misleading… which I felt this property is. A bit misleading. Saying all this, it is value for money. Just don’t expect the best!

Posizione eccezionale in zona pedonale a pochi metri da punti taxi, appartamento ben pulito e gentilezza estrema della proprietaria che ci ha permesso di entrare prima e ci ha fatto trovare dolcetti e acqua all'arrivo. Letti comodi. L'arredo è carino e curato e la stanza unica grande, cucina abbastanza attrezzata, anche qui il lavandino era piccolino ma almeno ci permeteva di lavarci i denti. Ci siamo adattati ed è andato tutto bene. Per la posizione se non si hanno troppe pretese lo straconsigio!

L'appartamento è un po' vecchio, il pavimento in legno scricchiola molto, è un terzo piano sottotetto (solo scale), quindi molto caldo ad agosto, c'era solo un ventilatore ed un'unica finestra. Strada rumorosa con la finestra aperta. Il problema principale è il bagno cieco senza aspiratore con un lavandino microscopico nel quale si faceva fatica a lavarsi le mani e un po' di muffa. Segnalo che il divano letto era comodo ma si apriva nel verso della lunghezza, quindi una persona deve stare contro il muro.
