Situato nella Torre dei Mari del Sud 3, al 18 ° piano, questo condominio fronte mare con due camere da letto, due bagni e recentemente aggiornato con balcone offre viste spettacolari al tramonto sulla mezzaluna di Marco Island. La cucina vanta ripiani in granito, pavimenti personalizzati, armadi e illuminazione.
Il soggiorno dispone di una grande TV a schermo piatto e di ampi posti a sedere per gli ospiti. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV a schermo piatto. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size e la camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale. Il master ha un bagno personalizzato e un'enorme cabina armadio.
South Seas Tower è una gated community paesaggistica con una palestra, campi da tennis e da pickle ball, grande piscina riscaldata e moli delle barche.
Sia che tu scelga una vacanza piacevole, o una ricca di avventura, ci sono una moltitudine di attività raggiungibili a piedi. A Tigertail Beach, sali sulla torre di osservazione per alcuni dei migliori birdwatching nel sud-ovest della Florida. Oppure vai a pescare, noleggia un kayak o un paddleboard per esplorare la laguna di marea che separa Tigertail Beach dalla stretta e incontaminata spiaggia del Golfo di Sand Dollar Spit. C'è uno stand di concessione che offre noleggio attrezzatura da spiaggia, cibo e bevande e un parco giochi.

We were so impressed with the place when we arrived on Friday evening, . The condo layout, decor, cleanliness and location met all our expectations from booking with Vrbo (online). The owners deserve all the high ratings & good reviews - in fact, I choose this place in the South Seas Towers because of the positive review comments :). We enjoyed meals & cocktails on the balcony (the view is amazing), walks & sunsets on the beach and played pickleball. We appreciated the beach cart & towels available in the unit. If the opportunity to return to Marco Island happens again, I would definitely come back to this location. Thank you

Everything was super clean. The description and pictures were spot on. They have everything you need. I’ve been coming to the island my whole life and this place was my favorite I’ve ever stayed in. I will for sure be coming back.

Upon arrival we had to wait for almost 30 mins because the guard would not allow us entry to the condos. Even with all of our paperwork in order he argued with us. The remax office stated that that should not have happened and that they are going to talk to him. Our room had not been cleaned, all of the patio furniture was inside the bedrooms, it was almost 80 degrees inside the unit, and the water and water heater was turned off. The remax office did send someone from the cleaning staff the next day after I called them and she did offer to clean, however I had already done it myself. The walk to the beach is much much longer than what the pictures show. If you have small children I would not recommend this location because it takes 10 mins to walk to the beach from outside the building. The pool closes at sunset. The lady that manages the pool was not very nice. Several times she would bring a water hose around the tables and chair even if they were occupied and spray under and around them with absolutely no regard given to if she sprayed someone or their belongings. She picked up pool noodles that had mistakenly been left at the pool and tore them up and threw them away while laughing saying “if they were wanted they wouldn’t have left them”. The units do not have washer and dryers in them and you have to load a prepaid card to be able to do laundry in the laundry room at the end of the hall outside the elevator. You have to pay an additional $50 once you register with the condo association itself for parking which you have to do after your initial check in with remax.
