Exceptional views and well located
The property needs some updating or maintenance, the shower head was old and rusted. The cupboards are chipped with paint coming off

What an amazing view on the table mountain! Great breakfast facilities on 250 m by foot "Pauline's Green Point";
Great location to visit waterfront Cape Town! On the roof top swimming pool was very good! Safe area!

What a beautiful place!
It literraly has everything you can ask for. It has balcony with amazing mountain views, rooftop pool with spectacular views, aircon, netflix on smart TV, secure parking, washing machine, and even a cafe on ground level. It was very clean, it seemed brand new and communication was easy. Can highly recommend this place to anyone. For the digital nomads here: There is a beautiful co-working space just around the corner. Also very close to nice cafes, restaurants and the Waterfront. I enjoyed my stay.
