no breakfast. convenient for the airport
hardly any furniture apart from a bed. no soaps in the shower. no light except main light in room. bed slightly broken on one side.

Location is great if you have an overnight connection. You can reach it within 10-15mins on the bus for £1.75 - I don’t think the free bus exists anymore. There’s a couple of options for food within a minute ms walk. My room (5) faced the runway and I quite enjoyed watching planes taking off but some might find the noise annoying (it stops after 11pm).
Experience matched expectations for such a cheap price.
The check in and security deposit process is a bit laborious

The place is very accessible to the Heathrow Airport and the bus stop is just around the corner going to the airport. The room and the toilet is clean.
The place is just too basic. The stairs going to our room is too steep and narrow. The two sockets near the cabinets are not working. Since the property is really literally near the airport, is it just too busy and noisy. Lastly, what I do not like about booking this property is that there is a £50 deposit hope it will return asap on my account and a lot of next instructions you have to do before checking in! It’s really annoying. It’s my first encounter to have this kind of stuff on bookings.
