Amazing! The property itself, the location, the roof deck, the host -- everything was so wonderful and we can't wait to come back to Nîmes and stay there again! The layout of the apartment is also really nice -- it feels more like a "real" apartment than a vacation apartment.

There is only 1 issue the host is addressing and that is the lack of air conditioning, particularly in the height of summer.

Very nice location in the center of the nice city. Old town is reachable within few minutes. Very lovely roof terrace. Apartment is spacious and clean. Very nice location for a stay in Nimes. Pepito was very friendly and showed where to go and what is worth seeing.

Garage is quite narrow and not suitable for a big SUV. But there are public parking nearby

Chez Pepito offers a lot for the money. The gite is well appointed with almost everything you'd need, and it's very easy to get the keys and do your own thing. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. It's also convenient to the center of Nimes, which is about a ten or fifteen minute walk. We liked that we could have bought wine at the gite if we'd wanted to. The shower was great and offered good pressure. The gite is also very close to a huge food hall, which was a real delight for my husband. Pepito was easy to reach and very responsive. I also enjoyed the funny sticker by the toilet, which reveals an earthy sense of humor that I always appreciate!

The parking garage was too small for our car, so we ended up having to use the nearby parking garage, which was full when we arrived. The garage is suitable for very small cars like Smart Cars or Twingos, but we had a SUV, and there wasn't a prayer of parking in there and also being able to exit the vehicle. However, we had no issues with using the nearby public parking garage, once we found a space. Those with mobility issues should be aware that the gite is on the second floor and requires climbing stairs. This wasn't a huge issue for us, except that we had to park away from the gite, so getting our stuff loaded and unloaded was more difficult. Also, the mattress on the bed is not that comfortable, although we were grateful for the extra blankets that were available.
