Nice and neat .
We couldn't braai . Altough there is some bbq's , but in no working condition .
The gates were a struggle to get in and out .
The shuttle service was bad , guy were sitting on his phone and kept us waiting in the bus for 20min , just to say that he cant take us .

We loved the view from the apartment and just how quiet and peaceful it was. The apartment also has enough plates, different type of glasses and almost everything you need for cooking. We also enjoyed the estate and having enough things to do within the estate.
The apartment unfortunately has a mouldy smell and the carpet in the bedroom smells. It probably didn’t dry properly before we checked in and when we reported to the agent she brought us “moisture absorber” and told us to leave the aircon on which obviously didn’t help so we had to spend our 8 days of vacation with that. The bed is also not comfortable and a bit hard so we woke up tired and with pains on most days and didn’t get the rest we thought we were paying for. The owner seems to be aware of the mouldy smell in the apartment as there are a few containers of the “ moisture absorbers” in the apartment. The apartment also has a breakage fee you pay for which is in description but I honestly feel like some of the glasses are too thin and would break easily. The WiFi is also not good.

Everything was amazing! The comfort, the cleanliness, the space and the facilties were fantastic! The staff were very helpful and offered great service at all times. The view!! Incredible!!! Thank you to Euphoric Leisure who always checked up on us and made sure we had everything we wanted😊

I really liked the view and the quietness to just relax and unwind. Worth the price and two pool areas that have places u could order drinks or coffees and just relax. Just a short walk away.

the facilities in the estate are amazing and can be enjoyed by young and old. The apartment is ideally suited for a couple and has the perfect location in the estate
The water temperature in the shower fluctuated initially but stabilised after a couple of days.

loved staying here and being able to use the facilities at the property
when we got there, there was no one at the check im counter! we waited over an hour to get into our Suit! eventually a very kind man helped us from the hotel!

The view was amazing, felt so comfortable, everything was provided which made it so much easier for the duration of our stay.
The only bad thing was load shedding and the aircons don't work during load shedding, it was extremely hot especially at night had difficulty sleeping the first night, but was assisted the very next day and the aircons where working again even when power went off.

The cleanliness and quietness. Even though there was loadshedding, the backup was great and did not affect our stay.
For us the bed was a bit too soft and the pillows was not too comfortable

Guests are treated like outsiders at all Zimbali facilities, it’s almost as if it’s a problem for them to have guests. No parking at most facilities and shuttles only run every hour or when they feel like it

The apartment was to the standard expected and I would have no problem with coming back here.
For any first-time visitor to the Resort / The Suites, I would recommend that they be met at the main gate on arrival by the host and then after the security checks are completed, the host could go with you to the appropriate location. Finding the Check In office at the Suites was not straightforward. This would also then allow for host to show you the apartment, where everything is and how everything works. This would have been very helpful in our case. A phone call from the host 40 minutes after getting in to the apartment did not did not achieve this. Thankfully, the Suites General Manager (a very gracious man) came to our room and was extremely helpful.
