Lake Huron Beach Front 3 bdrm, 3 bath home - Harbor Beach/Forestville
Fantastica casa sul lungomare / fronte lago Lake Huron di oltre 1900 piedi quadrati con splendida vista sul lago e infinita spiaggia sabbiosa. Vieni a guardare l'alba sull'acqua, fai una lunga passeggiata lungo il litorale e goditi questa casa a 2 piani unica con un piano piano aperto, 3 camere da letto (2 al piano superiore (letti Queen) e 1 al piano principale (Letto completo) ) ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo. Il soppalco superiore ha anche 2 letti singoli e c'è un nuovissimo divano con letto pieghevole nella tana. Seminterrato pieno (incompiuto) con tavolo da ping-pong.
Primo piano lavanderia completa. Asciugamani e biancheria da bagno / da spiaggia forniti. Cucina completamente attrezzata. Nuova griglia a propano Weber sul ponte e pozzo del fuoco nel cortile laterale. Ventilatori a soffitto e ventilatori indipendenti in ogni stanza (tuttavia non abbiamo mai usato i ventilatori indipendenti poiché la fresca brezza del lago fa davvero un buon lavoro da sola!) Al momento abbiamo una bella TV, un lettore DVD e film ... il cavo verrà installato in primavera. Ci godiamo davvero un bel film dopo aver guardato le stelle accanto al fuoco!
Percorso in pendenza dolce comune immediatamente adiacente alla casa per l'accesso alla bellissima spiaggia privata di sabbia. Sedie a sdraio, giocattoli e asciugamani forniti. Cassa per cani extra large fornita. I livelli dell'acqua possono variare sui Grandi Laghi di settimana in settimana, le foto mostrano agosto / settembre 2019.
Harbour Beach si trova a 10 miglia a nord. Troverai 2 parchi ben tenuti, 2 musei e un villaggio super cordiale di persone pronte ad aiutare! Port Sanillac si trova a circa 15 miglia a sud e ha molti negozi carini e ristoranti locali.
Per favore, vieni a costruire ricordi a Harbour Beach!

The house was easy to find and immaculate. There were plenty of dishes and silverware and all appliances worked perfectly. The nights were quiet. We did not realize until later in the week that local beaches were closed for e-coli, and we did swim. Of note: this late in the season there was a lot of muck at the lake bottom.

The house is beautiful and private. There were plenty of chairs to enjoy the beach/firepit. The open space on the first floor was amazing for the view to the beach. This was truly a private beach with only a handful of neighbors who showed up, who were very friendly. tw

Karen's property is amazing. Million dollar view, nice/clean house and able to bring pets was exactly what we were looking for.
The entire process was seamless and easy. We will be back.

The property was very clean. The view was nice but not wonderful because the property was high on the bluff and the trek down to the beach was along a muddy fairly steep terrain.
We have rented many, many places for the past 22+ years and this place was just plain annoying. The owner had signs inside all of the cupboards, with pictures, of the contents as if to remind us that "I am watching you". And yet in order to work the tv, internet, or the dining room light, I had to make a phone call to figure it out.
She constantly reminded us that if we used up an item then we were to replace it. The cleaning fee was exorbitant and we were reminded to wash all the dishes and wash, fold, and put away the towels and dishes before we left.
The two bedrooms on the 2nd level were extremely small, almost claustrophobic so we opted to sleep on the double bed on the first floor.
Pets were allowed but only on the first floor. For anyone who has a dog that would be quite difficult and was not spelled out in the description. The owner should have stated that limitation in the description of the property.
I would not return even for half the price.
