There was a very loud noise coming from a fan out the window of the living area and it was terribly hard to tolerate. Ruined what would have been a great experience

Stuffy with only one window that opens. Took time to get access when booked last minute. Price increased while I was booking.

I don’t have an idea of thIs property since the owner didn’t leave a key or card to enter his room. I understand that he get my money which I paid in advance. I have many messages to this property all whole day that I will come late and arrive around 22.30pm to check in. No response no reply just only auto messages to me to pre registration. Once I did pre registration. No response no reply and I can’t stay in this property. Then no choice find the other hotel at nearly midnight. It is horrible night and show irresponsible of this property. The day later after I did strongly complain. He did reply me immediately that I late to pre registration, cut off is 1600 but I did 1630. What a the F_CK @&/); imagine that you didn’t have hotel to stay at 22.00pm. If we don’t drive a car to find new hotel. Stay at street is the best way to do. Without any apology, say that it is my fault to no show and no call to booking dot com . just say I will refund you. Of course you must ! I stand in front of your room but no note no key to enter

I like everything

I like how it was spacious and available at the time of booking. The host was very responsive at the time and was able to book it easily. We had to find somewhere to stay for one night due to bad weather in wellington and flight cancelation. Good sleep and fantastic environment.

Only thing was stairs haha but it wasn't a too bigger deal.

Everything! This place really feels like home. My sister even wish for us to stay here longer.

It was close to the airport as my daughter had an early morning flight, the reason why we stayed overnight just in case of protesters etc, Countdown and shops just over the road, suite was great, everything we needed, you had a stove and all utensils if you wanted to cook, comfy beds, complete laundry facilities in the bathroom, plenty of room too. Pricing was VERY good for what you got and the location. Excellent standards, would use them again and tell people about them.

A bit hard to find a park as it was a busy afternoon, had to park in the Countdown carpark for a while, then move after 6pm. The bathroom door was very sqeaky and noisy, door hinges need to be oiled, hard to be quiet during nightime visits to the loo. Apart from those two things, everythong else was great, will go there again.

No lift to reach apartment. Need to carry bags up a flight of stairs.

Location was great, close to everything we needed. Rooms were well equipped for what my family needed and to make the holiday easier i.e cooking facilities, laundry

We weren't to sure on where we had to put the rubbish and recycling when it needed to be chucked out as there was no recycling and general waste bins to put it in.

The apartment is great!! Location was perfect! Lovely and clean and staff were easy to contact.

Two small issues, but not big enough to change our holiday. Hot water cylinder is too small and we ran out after 2 showers so had to alternate times as well as visit an aunty down the road to make sure everyone was showered, but no biggie, we worked around that. Dryer didn't work for longer than two minutes at a time, so it was convenient to have a laundromat downstairs.

As it's on the main street we didn't feel it was the safest location. The apartment itself was secure and safe.

Great location,restaurants, bars,supermarkets all within walking distance.very comfortable and cosy apartment.

Overall I was very happy with everything, could not find a broom or vacuum to clean the floor was about the only thing

Nice and spacious, excellent location, close to amenities.

No parking provided. Inconvenient, needed to park car a few streets away ... unattended. There is a very large hole in ceiling where range hood flue goes and has not been repaired.

Location, close to everything we needed. Washer and dryer, no dirty laundry in my luggage. Bedding, really comfortable. Kitchen had everything I needed to cook a big breakfast. 11AM checkout, got to sleep in.

There was nowhere to park at 3 pm, so we had to walk a short distance with all our luggage. After 6, we were able to park right outside the unit.

It was very comfortable, and had all we needed. From towels, to washing machine soap.

It’s in the middle of the city, so the parking was kind of a problem.

The place was well-equipped and was clean and tidy when we arrived. The beds were also very comfortable. It was a really nice place.

The only hiccup during our stay was the parking situation but we did get a fair warning from them prior to our arrival. It was a relief that the parking spaces in front of the apartment was free during the night until 9am so that saved us from parking tto another street.

Very nice, clean, modern and a large space. Even things like salt and pepper were provided, plus fans in the rooms and sky lights that are electronic. Staff very friendly and accommodating

Everything was like it was described. Laundry facilities were useful. Spacious👌

Not arriving on time for check in to enjoy a bit more time in the apartment. We were caught up in traffic.
