El desayuno bueno, lo tome en mi cuarto por un tema de salud, pero tuve buena atención.
Lo que pasa es que me cayo mal el clima, pero por el resto todo bien.

La amabilidad de todo el personal, las instalaciones modernas y limpias, muy buena ubicación. El desayuno estupendo.

המלון חדש,נו,מבצור טובה. החדרים סבבה. נוף מדהים מהחלון - הקרחונים המרהיבים. עובדת / מנהלת הקבלה Luz מקסימה וטיפלה בכל בקשה וענין. הכל נקי ונעים. המיקום מצויין, אמנם לא במרכז ולא ממש קרוב, אך 10-12 דקות הליכה מכל מקום במרכז כך שנהנים משקט וסביבה נעימה ואין צורך במונית בדר״כ.
ארוחת הבקר שהוגשה ביום הראשון היתה בסיסית ביותר ולא תאמה את הפרסום כלל וגם אינה בהתאמה למחיר בשום אופן. יחד עם זאת, לאחר שהארנו את עיני עובדת הקבלה , דאגה לשיפור העניין בימים הבאים.

The receptionist - gold star. Amazing how being greeted by a friendly smile makes you feel welcome and at home, plus she helped us throughout our stay. I wish I remembered her name, she made the hotel outstanding even without perfect facilities. She was a young lady with 3 letters in her first name

Charming hotel very nicely decorated. The personnel were just amazing, kind and always at your service.
I want to give a special thank you to the receptionist Luz and Angel for all her help and kindness, you made that our stay in Huaraz one of the best travel experience so far. Thank you very much !
I highly recommend this hotel not only by its personnel but also by their facilities, we've got a room with a clear view over Huascarán mountain.
The food at the restaurant is very good. As for breakfast during low season, they don't have a buffet service which I think is a good practice to avoid food waste. Everything what we requested for breakfast they gave us, I wish other hotels have the same practice !

Amazing hotel and super friendly staff. They let us check in very early and let us stay few hours longer than the official check out time when we needed it.
You have to walk 5-10 min to get to the center, but the hotel is located in a very quiet and safe area
