The host is friendly and helpful; he tries very hard to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The apartment is comfortable and spacious. The shower was great - excellent water pressure and a nice enclosed space.
The apartment is very centrally located, just steps away from many shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. We were able to find street parking on the same block as the apartment.
Can’t think of anything major. We stayed for just one night so that we could visit Mystras and it was perfect for that purpose.

El apartamento es espectacular, tiene absolutamente de todo. Limpio, cama grande, terraza... Facilidad extrema para llegada, salida, acceso.. todo genial, muy recomendable si pasas aqui varios dias.

The bed is not a proper adult-sized bed. Not even for a single person, let alone two.
I was hitting both the upper and lower rails and had to sleep diagonally in order to fit.
Also, the room is on the 2nd floor with no elevator and narrow stairs.
