great house heaps of space

it was a bit out of the town but we knew about this before we stayed.

the house was clean ant tidy all the beds were clean and comfortable big kitchen, big family room, big lounge room, two bathrooms was very handy.

lack of air conditioning especially during the and summer season. its not comfortable during the day inside of all bedrooms. lack of pots and pans to cook. During the night bit dark in the house coz of lack of down lights in the dinning area and kitchen. Lastly, we are expecting a bbq grill not a flat grill. thanks.

Location, view, strong WiFi, crazy comfy beds and pillows, and spacious garage.

The main bedroom has a fan however the other rooms don't. It makes a big difference with the amount of glass windows/doors.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

Poor cleaning of living area's, bbq and microwave. I left a note for the cleaners on leaving the property to advise of my disappointment. The carpet needs cleaning and replacement is certain area. The owner Dave contacted me and was very apologetic and will be reviewing his cleaning company going forward. I was very pleased with his response. He actually refunded part of the cost and offered another holiday free of charge. Can't ask for much more that that.

enough beds，enough space

1. sofa ,carpet , and beds need deep clean, look like cleaned, but still dirty 2. need lawn, the grass too high to have many bugs 3. if long time no people live in, need to open the window door some time,otherwise smell like old

the property was spotless, huge and very comfortable

we enjoyed everything
