Una casa affascinante e rinnovata con tutti i comfort moderni (WiFi, Smart TV, aria condizionata, lavatrice / asciugatrice e barbecue). Tre letti + due divani letto estraibili. Ideale per famiglie o gruppi di viaggio.
Posizione eccellente a Malibu per l'oceano o per escursioni locali (5 min).

Lo spazio - Una casa a due piani con tre camere da letto e una cucina a pianta aperta. Una camera ha un letto matrimoniale e le altre due hanno letti matrimoniali. Ci sono anche due divani letto queen size estraibili in casa per ospiti extra. La casa ha due bagni completi (uno con vasca da bagno) e un ampio soggiorno.
C'è anche un barbecue situato all'esterno e un'area salotto / pranzo all'aperto su un secondo patio sotto le luci scintillanti sospese. La cucina è fornita di tutto l'essenziale, dai piatti e le tazze alle attrezzature di cottura di base.
Ho la casa pulita professionalmente tra ogni ospite e fornire lenzuola e asciugamani freschi per ogni soggiorno. Sono inclusi anche shampoo / sapone ed elementi essenziali.
La casa dispone di WiFi veloce e Smart TV con Netflix e Hulu già connessi.

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was very beautiful and comfortable.

Celebrated my birthday weekend here and it was absolutely perfect for my group! We used the grill and kitchen to cook and the view was absolutely beautiful. Morty was responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The beach is a close drive as well. There’s also plenty of parking on the driveway and parking spaces dedicated to guests in front. The house had everything we needed!

I surprised my wife for her 40th birthday with a handful of friends that came in for the weekend and this was the perfect place for them. It is unbelievably quiet with a stunning view of the PCH and the Pacific. Morty was very accommodating--he was in the woods in Idaho or something and got on the phone with my wife to walk her through the thermostat. It's a great house, lots of different spaces, cool rooms, just a good vibe overall. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would rent from Morty again anytime!

You don’t get no phone service and it’s to far up you cannot walk to the beach and the parking is bad if you’re in a big car or truck and it’s very dark at night and the roads to get up here all small and scary

The location of the house is AMAZING! The drive back and forth to the house was so beautiful! The view from the outdoor balcony is breath taking! Plenty of space for my husband, myself and our 3 adult children. We spent our days shopping and at the beach. Although the temperature cools down in the evening I would have preferred ceiling fans in all the bedrooms to circulate the air during the day. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone interested in visiting Malibu!

A few girlfriends and I had a lovely time at Morty's property in Malibu. The location was just perfect to explore Malibu and its amazing beaches. We also spent lots of time on the beautiful deck enjoying the breeze and sunset! Clean, had everything we needed, would stay here again!

My family and I stayed here in Feb and it was a blast. The location was great and the sunsets were amazing. Close enough to the beach to drive down and find a spot. My only small gripes are the kitchen wasn’t stocked super well for all of our cooking needs, and as other people have commented the outdoor furniture has been worn down quite a bit since the photos were taken. That said, my family and I had a quiet and relaxing time and we would come back and stay again!

The umbrella to be used on the patio was not just broken but exploded. The base was in pieces and it would have been nice to have some relief from the sun. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean, unfortunately overshadowed by some of the larger issues.

Not sure what kind of cleaning took place. A lot of the kitchen pots/pans/utensils did not work properly and/or food would stick to the bottom very easily. The AC unit did not run properly throughout the house and the upstairs living room area was very hot. The home has potential but is outdated and not maintained or cleaned well. Owner was responsive and location is beautiful.

Amazing views
This property worked very well for our group and we loved the views of the Pacific Ocean from the rooftop deck. We ate brunch there and it was simply amazing; it has plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat, and also has a couple of lounger chairs for relaxing in the sun. After site seeing during the days, we relaxed in the living area watching Netflix shows together. We liked having four separate sleeping areas also. The hosts were very responsive to questions and offered to help with any needs that came up. We would stay here again without a doubt.
