Need to get a taxi into town
I was advised by email early check-in was okay with no additional cost, then a second email came in looking for £10/hr for early check-in so didn't take it.
Some guest were noisy

It was well equipped and compact with fridge and cooking facilities ideal for a travelling contractor such as myself
No hot water or heating due to the residents on the bottom floor. They would turn the boiler down and keep the front door open and a open ended bottle in the letter box,this ment my accommodation was freezing poor set up if you ask me.

the bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
the sink space was smaller than expected.

The room was EXTREMELY clean. Very comfortable and well situated for our weekend away. Reasonably priced and a better standard than some hotels and B&B I have stayed in in the past. Highly recommend and will happily book again.

The room had everything from fridge/freezer to cooking facilities. Excellent value for money.

Getting in was easy. Sandy was extremely helpful and quick to respond. The flat was well cleaned and contained all the essentials. The location was very convenient.
One of the two hobs didn't work.
Would be useful to have instructions for the shower which explains the use of the sliding knob to set the temperature.

Nice large room, comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Good location for early morning run, ASDA just 1 mile away
