We stayed here to visit the Parque de Diversiones for my daughter’s Quinceañera. This was a great value! It is right on the border of being in a very bad neighborhood, but we felt so safe. When my Tico family heard we were staying in Hatillo, they were worried because the area has a bad reputation (uber drivers won’t even enter parts of this barrio) but these condos have amazing security and are attached to a strip mall with restaurants and stores for all your needs. The condo was clean and comfortable and we especially appreciated the extra pillows and blankets that were provided: with 7 people we often fight over these things but they provided extra. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to enjoy home cooked meals while the communication with the host was very clear. The amenities (gym, pool, clubhouse, playground, etc) were exceptional and everyone we encountered (both security guards and tenants) were very friendly and welcoming. This was really an amazing value for all of us to stay and enjoy all the amenities: we would have paid 10x the price for a hotel

It is located on the border of a bad neighborhood: we could see questionable people and lots of trash just a block away
