Walking distance from town centre and shops.

- Clean and good size apartment - Safe and secure building - Great cafe El Molinito just a few minutes' walk away - Apart from a city-wide power outage and a lag in restoration of the wifi at the property, the wifi was generally solid for my remote work (in Studio 1c)

- Unfortunately, I really struggled in communicating with the hosts. On multiple occasions they were very slow to respond using the Booking chat/message system, where days would pass without a response and I had to send a follow-up message to get a response - and even then, sometimes they answered my question and sometimes they didn't. Check-in was particularly challenging, as they kept asking me for a whatsapp number to send the check-in instructions, and I had to tell them multiple times I do not have whatsapp (which is my valid right), asking them to send the instructions in the chat - until I finally had to contact Booking customer service to reach out to the property so they would send the check-in instructions via the Booking chat (which then they did). - The fridge was turned off completely when I arrived so I had to wait some hours for it to cool down for the items I had to put inside. Even then, it didn't cool very well so I had to put it on the max cold level. (Upon arrival, since it was off, there was a huge layer of water in the freezer that then turned to ice, so I'm not sure if that somehow affected the cooling capacity..) - The location was a bit of a trek (including hills) from town (though loved the nearby cafe as mentioned above) - Poor lighting over the kitchen counter and in the bathroom (as the light over the sink went out during my stay) - The bed didn't have a fitted bottom sheet; the lower sheet kept coming out at night - Street noise

location is great and overall large enough for a family of five.

it wasn’t very clean when we came and everything provided was very minimal. not enough towels. not enough toilet paper. etc.

The expirience was great, the apartment is very beautiful, the location was great and the most importent thing was the amazing help and smile of Laura who work there that gave us a lot of recommendations and suggestions. Higley recommend!
