The property is big but outdated- in our room the toilette had a very bad small that wouldn’t go away, the sink did not work properly and the room was full of sand when we arrived. We had contacted the facility for airport pick up but they did not reply until after our check in when we pointed that out. In addition when requested a breakfast to go (continental breakfast) we were given only white bread and a jam. Nothing to do with the description of the breakfast. Overall would say lack of service and attention

The room was very nice, clean and spacious! The staff was very friendly.

The swimming pool had broken tile where I cut my toe on. The lifeguard and pool policy is terrible, I was wearing a shirt like I normally do and they kicked me out for wearing cotton. The lifeguards seem to be under the impression tgat if a shirt is shiny then its not cotton. However, I saw other guests wearing cotton blend shirts. cuz they do make shiny cotton shirts and shorts with cotton and polyester etc. They did not kick those people out of the people. And the no cotton rule is not posted on the pool rules, it felt like they make up rules as they go instead of having it on the pool rules list plus they should check clothing tags and underwear if they are so concerned about cotton in pool!! Otherwise, it shpuld not matter what the guests wear. Also, they should ask about dietary restricitons for the breakfast buffet because my wofe was unable to eat most of the food at the buffet we paid for.
