La graziosa villetta che si trova in un piccolo borgo di campagna, circondata da un frutteto ed un vigneto, e' stata da poco finemente ristrutturata. Al piccolo borgo appartengono anche altri appartamenti dallo stile tipico del paesaggio rurale abruzzese che possono essere altrettanto affittati.
La villa principale consiste di 3 camere da letto, una cucina, una sala da pranzo e due bagni.
Vi e' un cortile dove si puo' pranzare all'aperto. E' un luogo ideale per bambini. Dinanzi al complesso abitativo vi e' una fattoria che produce formaggi e latte fresco. E' un posto perfetto per chi cerca calma e tranquillità' pur sempre vicino a varie attrazioni turistiche: mare e montagna.
Ideale anche per ciclisti.
Cugnoli e' un villaggio posto alle porte del parco Nazionale d'Abruzzo, vicino a Caramanico Terme ( 35 minuti) A mezz'ora da Passo Lanciano e Roccaraso dove si puo' sciare. A soli 25 minuti di macchina dalle belle spiagge abruzzesi e dai trabocchi dannunziani.
Dista un'ora da Roma.

winters are generally mild and days are sunny, great for sightseeing and hiking.
Our surroundings are breathtaking, private and we feel privileged to be able to share our unique vista.
Although the house complex is private and rural, it's just a 6 minute drive to all amenities. There is an excellent selection of well priced local italian cuisine, and of course one is spoilt for choice in the wine department.
Local fresh cheeses and speciality pastries from the nearby towns and hilltop villages are available.

The repects the local architecture style, spacious, light and has an uninterrupted panorama.
All rooms are individually decorated with attention to detail.
Bedding and sheets are 100% cotton and the kitchens have everything to make a culinary delight .
The Villa is a 40 mins drive from Ski slopes and lifts at Passo Lanciano, where there are also well priced restaurants and good wines to be sampled after a day on the slopes.
Prices are much more reasonable than in other tourist filled places in Italy. Great fun for families or beginners, as there are ski instructors available, and tobogganing.
Slightly further away is Rocarasso, a lager ski resort.

The Villa has a an immaculate garden, overlooking olive groves, and uninterrupted views to the Maiella mountains.
Outdoor BBQ for al Fresco dining areas in the garden and ample parking. Modern bathrooms with walk in showers.
The rural settlement can be booked as a whole, or in part. The villa and the other apartments are separate with independent entrances.
The Villa is a perfect and romantic honeymoon destination.

Local people are very friendly.
Abruzzo is unspoiled and the quality of fresh produce and wines are abundant. The reasonable prices make this stunning region a preferable option than other over priced and crowded areas in Italy.

The Adriatic coast is a 25 minute drive, the sea is warm and the coastline lined with great fish restaurants.
There are towns, cities and villages all within 45 minutes drive all with diverse historical sites, foods and authentic Italian shops.
There's lots to explore, but we think that just spending time at the rural settlement, you will feel very close to nature.
It's a tranquil experience just to lounge around the garden and drink in the view and listen to cows and donkeys around.

We are on 6 acres of land including our olive grove, which we harvest, and produce a single estate, cold pressed virgin olive oil.
There are many paths from the property should you have the energy for a good walk.
We have often seen foxes, wild boar (cinghiale), wild rabbits and even buck in our extended garden.

A car is necessary.
A car can be hired from Rome airport, or check if you are able to get a local flight to Pescara or Ancona airports and hire cars from there. Pescara Airport is a 20 minute
