Appropriatamente chiamato "Center Stage", questo sofisticato appartamento nel centro della città è idealmente situato nel cuore del mare. Center Stage si trova direttamente di fronte al Seaside Amphitheatre, dove è possibile assistere a spettacoli e concerti settimanali. Professionalmente decorato da Pizitz, dispone di 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni e può ospitare fino a 12 persone, rendendolo la destinazione perfetta per feste di matrimonio o fughe in famiglia. Con una vista mozzafiato su tutto il mare e una posizione imbattibile a pochi passi dalle nostre favolose spiagge, questo noleggio renderà sicuramente la tua prossima vacanza indimenticabile.
Situato sopra i negozi "Bump & Baby" e "Heavenly Shortcakes" tramite un ingresso privato recintato, questo appartamento inizia con favolosi spazi esterni decorati con mobili in teak tra cui un tavolo da pranzo all'aperto che può ospitare otto, due Adirondack e due sedie da cocktail con tavolo alto. Goditi uno spettacolo o un concerto sul prato dell'Anfiteatro o semplicemente goditi le brezze del Golfo e le incantevoli viste sull'acqua e sul tramonto.
Una volta dentro, ti godi i soffitti alti e lo spazio abitativo aperto di questo nuovissimo edificio. Tutte le camere sono impreziosite da incantevoli pavimenti in legno. La zona giorno ha due divani (uno con un letto queen size), due morbide sedie laterali, due enormi lampade, un tavolino e credenza con servizio via cavo HD, TV LED, DVD Blu-ray, internet wireless e interurbane gratuite. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare otto persone con 2 sedie da capitano tirate su fino alle estremità del tavolo. La cucina ha una grande isola con quattro sgabelli da bar, lavandino e lavastoviglie. I contatori sono una superficie solida bianca liscia; gli elettrodomestici sono Whirlpool con una gamma superiore in vetro e frigorifero alla francese con fabbricatore di ghiaccio e forno a microonde. C'è anche un'enorme dispensa per il deposito di generi alimentari.
La prima camera da letto è una camera per gli ospiti King con due comodini, due lampade, un grande armadio, una cassettiera, una TV LED, un DVD Blu-ray e un servizio via cavo HD. La camera da letto successiva è la camera da letto a castello aperta (questa camera non ha porte ed è nel corridoio che conduce alla camera da letto principale). Ci sono sei letti a castello gemelli integrati con armadi e cassetti per vestiti. Questa zona ha anche un proprio cassettone, TV LED, DVD Blu-ray e servizio via cavo HD. Ci sono anche un paio di sgabelli per sedersi. Il bagno della hall serve sia la prima camera degli ospiti del re che la camera a castello. Piastrellato in marmo bianco, ha una vasca / doccia, un lavandino e una lavatrice e asciugatrice. L'armadio della lavanderia (all'interno del bagno) offre unità di grande capacità e un grande bancone per ripiegare e conservare ulteriormente gli oggetti personali.

Immaculate home. Comfortable beds. So close to everything and convenient to keep your eyes on the kids. Loved the shopping and restaurants nearby. The C-Bar next door has happy hour from 3-5. Management is top notch. They are very accommodating and prompt with any concerns or questions. I would give this a 5-star except the noise. The produce trucks come at 4:30am every morning, the garbage trucks come right after and the street vendors and construction start at 7:30. You can’t escape the noise of deliveries and all. Bring your noise cancelling headphones!

The apartment size and location was perfect for our family. I do believe that feedback is a gift so I would like to share the following:
More information prior to arrival on parking and how to enter the apartment would have been helpful. We did not know you could park in the one hour parking that was right behind the unit. We lugged our luggage from afar and then realized after chatting with some attendants. We also didnt realize that you enter from the front of the unit near the bump and baby porch and after calling three times still figured it out on our own.
The house was for 10 people and only had one full length mirror in the whole place located in the master bedroom. Not great for the other people in the house (not staying in the master). Trying to have everyone outside of the master get ready in one very small bathroom that also housed the washer/dryer (and was very hot) was also difficult. The master bath was huge and wasted on the two people in that room since you could only enter through their bedroom. Consider a larger vanity in the hall bath or moving the washer/dryer to the hall closet/pantry off of the kitchen. There also should be at least one towel/washcloth per person stocked for the amount of people the rental holds. Not everyone in the house could even get a shower without doing a load of laundry.

We had the best time and will definitely come back! Center Stage is in the perfect location to bring teen age children on vacation. My daughters loved being in the middle of all of the hustle and bustle of Seaside, especially at night. they said it was the best time ever! I do have 3 issues that I found irritating. 1. you can not change the channel on the Master (back bedroom) TV from the master Bed. I had to choose the channel I wanted to watch while staying directly in front of the ten before climbing into bed. That was very frustrating. 2. There is a door in the Master bedroom that apparently is a stairway access or tunnel that goes straight down to the restaurant downstairs. It is locked from the inside the stairwell of course, but I could hear every word of every employee until they left for the evening/or came back the next morning for work... almost like they were right on the other side of that door. The first time I heard them, it scared me. It sounded like they were in the room with me. Surely there is some way to muffle those noises or insulate the door so that doesn't happen. 3. The master bathroom could use some attention. the shower and floor were not cleaned well at all. We will definitely come back to Seaside and to Center Stage!

Now that you can't pull in front of Center Stage, a cart should be provided to bring luggage from vehicle to the unit. Also, I have always loved seaside but something has changed. WE had a total 6 bikes stolen in our vaca group. Thank goodness we didn't. Instead of all the parking attendants, you need more security.

Center Stage is a beautiful condo with all the amenities, and a perfect location. Being next door to The Great Southern means there is some noise in the evenings from the bar, but it shuts down at a reasonable time. From the porch, you have a great view of all that is going on in the main plaza. It is quiet in the mornings, so I was able to sit on the porch and enjoy the sunrise with my cup of coffee while reading.

The service from Homeowner's Collection was excellent. Brigitte was super attentive to all our needs; communication was constant and easy. I highly recommend HOC and would rent with them again.
The watchout for Center Stage is that, being center stage, it is quite noisy. The businesses below and beside the property start making noise quite early. The trash pickup service from the Great Southern Rest. comes daily around 6:30am, and we had other off events that HOC managed immediately. If you are an early riser, this should be no problem and I would highly recommend Center Stage. If you are looking to sleep in, you may want to discuss other rent options with the amazing personnel at HOC. Looking forward to returning to Seaside and renting again through HOC.

Location is perfect... especially with kids, it's easy to run back and forth to the beach, or next door to Great Southern for a quick breakfast to go! Because Seaside has implemented an 8pm curfew, the noise level was minimal. If u like being in the middle of the action (which we do) this is the place to be! Management was extremely helpful w a few issues we had: sandy sheets upon arrival, broken blender & icemaker... It's the middle of summer, things happen.....they were right there w/ a change of linens, new blender & bags of ice until the new parts came in. As a rental property owner ( our house was rented so we decided to stay in SS for the 4th) it's nice to know that the management company takes care of their guests. Homeowner's Collection does just that! Would stay here again 10/10!

Center Stage is a great location. However, I'm surprised that no one mentioned how LOUD the condo can get in the mornings. It's near Great Southern Café and all the banging at 6:00am was hard to sleep in during vacation. The furniture was nice and updated. The cleanliness of the condo itself needs a deep clean. When we arrived the stove top was really dirty. This is a small complaint but the condo can use a new trashcan. Small details of the place itself needs attention. It was nice during COVID that we could go to the condo and use the restroom vs the public bathroom that was a extra bonus.
