Lovely home with nice New Orleans touches. Owner very nice and accomdating. Everything was clean to the point where you don't feel like you need to wipe everything down.
Major dust under beds and its located near a music venue, so loud music until 2:00 AM.

Very comfortable and modern place that was perfect for our needs. We had lots of space, helpful kitchen amenities and the beds were comfortable. Self-check in was easy as was communication with the hosts.
I probably wouldn't feel safe walking in the area at night but for our purposes the location worked well. The lock on one of the bathrooms was broken.

I liked the fact the owners really updated the unit. It was extremely spacious and new appliances. We were able to wash our clothes and they left clothing detergent to do so.
There is a trash can sitting outside with no lid and maggots in it and it smelled horrible. The street itself was a bit sketchy with homeless people on the corner but at night it was honestly nobody outside really. The trash can sits near the stairs before entering the unit.

The cleaning cost was a bit high for me but if you travel with more than one person or stay at least 3 or more days that it evens out

Loved the location of home in relation to NOLA attractions. The house was super cute. It was nice that area has set quiet times for families. I wish there would have been an umbrella to borrow!
I was worried about the scuffing on walls and doors. I felt like the doors near handles were dirty and shower curtain was stained. I didn't want to be potentially charged for these items.

the contactless check in was very convenient. the door code to unlock the doors made for easy coming and going.

The shower was my favorite part of the house!! Overall the house was perfect.
The toilet was not stable.

House was very spacious. Cleanliness was exceptional. Enjoined having a washer and dryer.
I traveled for work. It was a bit distant from my office. Definitely not a deal breaker though.
