Its very private and quiet
Parking in Auckland CBD is pricey. A free parking or discount for guests would be nice

Superb location, easy walk to everything the Viaducts offer. Comfortable and clean apartment with some thoughtful treats provided.

Having a basic kitchenette was extremely convenient. Its a nice room.
A bit noisy at night with the bar patrons out in the street. The bathroom is tight but ok.

Problem getting access but Emma was on hand and soon sorted everything. Smoke alarm is quite sensitive so if you cook I'd suggest opening the doors to the balcony.
Great location to explore Auckland and very handy for the ferry terminals. Room was comfortable with a great shower.

"Really comfy and well set-up … Very close to restaurant, work and amenities. Nice to walk nest to the sea the morning and see the ferry arriving."
