Reviewer Comments:
Both the houses we rented were fantastic. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, very important with 8 guys! the kitchen was big and had all the amenities we needed. BBQ in the back and sundeck were an added bonus. The house was clean and move-in and move-out was simple. Also, the Ledges team was wonderful and made everything easy for us.

Everything was great! Except for the fireplace shown in the main picture around the outside sofa was swaped out of just a regular table. And the bedspread need washed, it had dirty and somthing spilled on ut.

Reviewer Comments:
We used this for a girls' trip. Several women complained of the cleanliness. It looked like the toilet hadn't been cleaned prior to their use, there were crumbs under the kitchen table, and we ran out of soap in both dispensers in the main bathroom early on in our trip. Other than the cleanliness... Also, the fan in the master bedroom doesn't work unless the light is on. This was a perfect stay for us! It was even right across from the pool.
