Location was perfect and lots of places to eat/buy shopping locally! Felt secure and clean and tidy. Excellent facilities within the flat, would book again!

Location was perfect - 10 mins from sons student accommodation. Not far from parks for the dog too and there was a dog friendly cafe nearby.
Light in stairwell 3rd floor was not working. Otherwise everything was just what we needed. Would have liked to stay longer.

Well equipped. Had plenty of tea and biscuits. Just lacked milk for the tea which would have been nice after a long journey to get there. Otherwise very well supplied.

Everything was as described during the booking. Value for money. The apartment was great with smart TV. Shops within a walking distance. Free parking. Elaine was very helpful.
Toilet door bit difficult to shut without making noise.

Everything was on point. Spotlessly clean and very organised . Great location and excellent customer care. Very happy with the stay and will come again and again.
