Loved the position and the peace and quiet. Handy to shops. Nothing
Nothing really. The locks on front and back doors were a problem, but we managed. They are in the throes of being fixed.

the location was right on the water with a jetty and boat ramp perfect for our little tinny
the complex’s laundry was dated and the dryer didn’t work ! after it took my 4 $1 coins. That is no reflection on Villa9. body corporate needs to look into it.

It was clean and comfortable. The Bathroom was clean and modern.
It was nice being on the river.
There was no internet but we new that when we rented the condo.
There was only one steak knife. No cookie sheet and fan cover in bathroom was falling off and was dirty.
