Everyone was very nice
Mattress needs to be turned. A big dip on one side. Coffee was cold and replaced.

Our room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Loved the Dove products in the bathroom. Breakfast was great. The hotel was very aesthetically pleasing.

we could hear all traffic from highway, “sirens wouldn’t allow me to sleep”. we booked a king suite paid extra but we’re out in a double room. beds squeaked when you moved, manager told us there was nothing that could be done because we went through booking. come.

I was awakened by a vacuum that sounded like it was sucking up rocks as it ran into all the furniture. I think it was on the floor above us

Penny at the front desk was amazing and such a sweetheart during check in. She gave such a warm welcome. The bed was so comfortable and we could not get over how soft the sheets were. The real highlight was the blackout curtains in our room which was especially appreciated as it was snowy and bright during our stay.
The only thing I can complain about it we had a couple issues with the toilet that we had to fix each time we used it, but that was so minor in comparison to how great everything else was.

The staff that worked during breakfast were so kind and accommodating! We had the pool (which was heated) all to ourselves on a Friday morning, wouldn’t been even better if there was a hot tub!
Just a few minor issues in our particular room. In order for the toilet to flush the handle had to be held down, and the plugs by the bed were bent so only one outlet worked and the usb ports did not work.

Very clean. Front desk staff were very nice and pleasant. breakfast was GREAT.
The walls were VERY thin. The sound from the highway was extremely loud.
