The grounds are beautiful, very well-maintained and clean; the vines with full bunches of grapes growing felt very much like we were in authentic Italy! The pool was also very clean and lovely to relax in, ample places to sit. The room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were great- Daniella is very attentive and accommodating with great communication. Overall we had a wonderful stay here Whilst the accommodation is outside of main Polignano a mare, access was easy and plenty of Ubers available if you don’t have a car although can get a little expensive depending on time - we paid between €15-30.

Based on the advertised pictures/description we were under the impression this place was aimed at adults, however it is mostly parents bringing groups of children and the events held here are mostly children’s birthday parties. Also, rules here can be quite confusing. For example, we were told swim caps were mandatory- this is unusual for us and so we didn’t own one (but were provided by staff), and wore these to be respectful. But then some locals did not do this and were not asked to do so by staff. We were also told the pool was exclusively for guests outside of 1000-1800 but still had outside guests as late as 2300. We were also in accommodation facing the pool (which was great) and had a roped off reserved area we were told was just for us, but then staff would remove the ropes for other guests to use. When there is a language barrier it can be a little uncomfortable trying to access your kitchen when there are people outside it playing football and changing their babies nappy.
