The pericentral location

The floors are cold, and the apartment feels damp because it is located on the ground floor above a non-insulated basement. There is mold in one corner of the bedroom. Most of the furniture is way past the limit of its lifecycle (especially the one in the kitchen) The walls were painted in a rush, over the light switches and non-flattened / fixed surfaces The couch is greasy and dirty. The living room carpet should be washed. You have to pay for parking all weekdays, 08-20 hours, and the spots are scarce (I recommend installing TPark Application, especially if you don't have a Romanian phone number to pay from) All in all, this apartment is not worth 50Eu/night and not recommended in the cold season because of the dampness
