The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. With having a shared bathroom space, it still felt personal and not overcrowded

The check in process was a little confusing since it was at a table in the cafe and not a designated area

We really enjoyed the view from both bedrooms - the front had a view of the mountains and lake, while the back, went up the mountain and you could hear the water running from the stream.

I would suggest extending the check-in window a bit for people traveling to the city. However, the staff was very accommodating, as we were running a little late.

The views from the balcony and helpful staff

All good. Understand it is an old building hence certain room does not have attached bathroom.

Location is within the main centre and walkable to all highlights and facilities of Halstatt. Staff are really helpful and have a good cafe downstairs.

Overpriced for a room and shared bathroom facilities. Paid £200 for a mountain room and believed it would be as shown in their pictures but hugely disappointed.
