⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastyczny pobyt! Villa Moniz by LovelyStay przerosła nasze oczekiwania. Przepiękna, przestronna willa z niesamowitym widokiem, perfekcyjnie czysta i świetnie wyposażona. Spokojna lokalizacja, a jednocześnie blisko atrakcji Funchal. Wszystko było dopracowane w najmniejszym szczególe. Zdecydowanie jedno z najlepszych miejsc, w jakich mieliśmy okazję się zatrzymać. Gorąco polecamy – na pewno tu wrócimy!

Brak

Loved the location and the home was really beautiful and the views were gorgeous.

I didn’t like that the home seemed to need some basic maintenance. The floors were tiled and looked clean but our socks proved otherwise. The water was shut off at one point during our stay which in Madeira I know that means the water bill may have been unpaid. They did handle the issue right away. Also, I had made a point of picking a home that had a washer and dryer and the dryer was obviously malfunctioning. Made a terrible loud sound the moment we turned it on. The staff said they would get someone to come check but we never got use of the dryer which is kind of challenging when traveling with kids and beach towels were not at all provided. Also, there’s no AC and due to location of home and floor to ceiling windows (some with no blinds) we were relegated to stay on the lower level in order to get some relief. There were three fans in the laundry room which we used in the 3 lower level bedrooms. There were some shower drains that were backing up for which I also called maintenance. For the amount we paid would have been nice to have come into a home that didn’t require me having to figure out maintenance issues.
