Very peaceful

Roof leaked in middle of night due to heavy rainfall. Issue was fixed first thing in the AM. No damage to personal property.

We loved everything about our stay. The ac worked well. The kitchen was great. We watched movies and dunked in the cowboy bath during the day. Great place for stargazing as well. Close to the west park entrance. We would definitely go back again.

Such a lovely host. The place was just beautiful. We enjoyed every minute. The host left treats for us and gave us lots of useful local information.

Not the property fault, I didn't check the facilities properly. Just good to know it doesn't have a washing machine.

The scenery was gorgeous and the bed was very comfortable. We also appreciated the entertainment system and the general layout of the studio. Lots of coffee making options and the breville oven is a helpful addition. The space itself worked well for our time away, and I love the family of hummingbirds in the front yard.

We were very disappointed to find that the cowboy tubs were not an actual amenity of this particular studio booking. Given the title of the listing and seeing this detail listed in the general features of the property, it was a big let down. I believe it shouldn't be included in the title of the listing if it's not actually part of the communal property, whether that be booking.com or the host's decision. When I followed up with the host, we were told the tubs weren't clean to use anyway. The cowboy shower was nice, but given the view from the neighbor's yard wasn't obstructed like the backyard, I had a hard time relaxing. General cleanliness inside was also lacking. We didn't feel comfortable sitting on one of the couches given the multiple stains, and the kitchen area seemed like it hadn't been wiped down/sanitized in some time. It seems like this property was initially really something, but has lost some luster without proper upkeep.
