10/10 Everything was perfect. We spend our honeymoon here and we absolutely loved it! The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, as a vegetarian there was so many options for me. The alcohol was ok, not very strong but do you expect it from an all inclusive. Music at the pool bar was always playing not very solid but ok if you want to relax. Also some days an animator could come and do some Zumba in the water which was fun. The hotel now has different night activities like karaoke, Greek and Crete dance, movie night which was always a plus. We love it! Please don’t be afraid and book this hotel for you next holiday.

Very pretty resort with a great swimming pool and an amazing view on both seaside and mountains

The animation was largely only catered for the Polish guests. The taxi driver we ordered through the hotel was rude and charged two extra euros compared to the price agreed upon. The tennis court needs urgent renovation.

The resort is spacious and generally clean, with large pools, plenty of sunbeds and direct access to the beach. The food was consistently fresh and replenished quickly throughout our two-week stay, with dinner being especially good. Restaurant service was efficient, tables were always available and the front-facing staff were friendly and spoke good English. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, and check-in was quick and easy

For a 5-star hotel at this price, there were too many shortcomings. The Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, there are no heated pools, and the indoor pool was cold at around 22–23°C. The private pools were not cleaned often enough, and after rain insects remained in the water for days. We even saw dead frogs near the indoor pool. Rain also caused occasional power outages and flooding around the bar and kitchen areas. The rooms have almost no soundproofing, the open shower design causes water to flood the bathroom floor, and there were maintenance issues such as a loose tap and limescale. Even small details such as one-ply toilet paper and unfinished pool toilets with doors that did not lock felt inappropriate for a 5-star resort. The à la carte restaurant also felt more like fast food than a premium dining experience.
