Location & comfortable beds.

Bathroom had not shower curtains so the floors got a bit wet.

The location, it is easy to get around and the apartment facilities (pool & playground) keep the children entertained. The beds are comfortable.

Both bathrooms were not up to expectation. One of the bathrooms had a faulty door handle, and our child was almost trapped in it. Not a good experience. Not to mention, there were many flies in the toilet keeping us company as we shower. The other bathroom had hair in the drain. it feels like someone just showered right before we checked in. Both bathrooms had white stains all over the walls. Fridge was not cold. The freezer section feel like it is only 18 degrees instead of -3% and the lower compartment is room temperature. The fridge smells of durian.

Parking.

The property is dirty, with old towels, bedding , sofa with stains. Pungent smell. We stayed and there was a party at the next door flat till 3am. No sound proofing. Not how it was described on Booking.com. Do not book.. you will be disappointed. Over priced.

The customer service and communication were helpful via Booking.com and WhatsApp. The apartment was clean and came fully furnished including steam iron, microwave, and also washing machine. Nice fragrance upon first entering the apartment.

The living room air con remote ran out of battery, the pipe in the toilet in the single queen bed room was leaking, bed was slightly hard and not enough pillows provided (at least 4 per queen bed would be good). If the washing machine had a dryer function (2-in-1), will help to dry clothes quicker since there is no place to dry clothes outside. Having a view of the sea would be a nice touch too but our apartment faced a building.

Spacious and amenities are well equipped.

The window cannot be closed properly. There are defects on the window.

The location Is very strategic , staff Is very friendly. I will come back again in the future

The location is wonderful, easily accessible to all attractions in Georgetown. The Apt. is clean, except for aunts. It would be perfect if the Apt. Manager can be more responsive to our questions/concerns. Anyway, everything is good and worth the money spent on it.

Manager should be more responsive to our questions/concerns. And there should be more choices of deposit rather than through WhatsApp account (though this problem was finally settled in cash but it took time to ask and wait for the responds).

kitchen is not clean. bathroom flood when showering. for toiletries, only shower gel and shampoo are provided

Very good location , banyak cafe and bakery shop also japanese food just below the condo. My mum love the sea view and my son love the water heater cukup panas dan syok sekali. Begitu suka dia mandi at the bathroom sampai tak mau keluar. Check in pun senang , location also senang cari and paling important is parking provided. Tilam also very comfortable and big space . I will come again and stay here again .

Nice location with some nice food places, and there is a pool in the building. The apartment is fine, but the high expectations made it feel less ok.

The apartment didn’t at all match with the nice pictures online. The bathroom is moldy and kitchen utensils are not clean, no kitchen towels. And with a little one the windows are quite scary.

love the house, its really nice and comfy, the rooms can fit for 7-8 pax.

they provide convenient parking slot but to drive up the long and spiral parking ramp could be quite hard.

the facilities are very good...

the checkout time is 11am compared to other hotels that are 12pm

Great location as well.clean and comfortable apartment . Had netflix.we enjoyed watching movies... overall good 👍
