Great location, architecture was beautiful, good breakfast

The building itself is beautiful.
The least confortable bed in the world. The towels were rough. There was very little soap. The noise from the plaza was incredibly loud. The TV was old and only played one channel.

It is right by the main square and within walking distance of everything. Close to the bus station and good restaurants. It included breakfast and it was a great deal because the breakfast was delicious.
It can get noisy as my room faced the park.

Breakfast and location were great! The staff at the front were very nice and helpful but someone went into the rooms and stole money. Very disappointing.
The hot water did not work like we expected and neither the wifi. Also, the worst part of this trip is they stole money from us and from our family member's room. A total of $600 us dollars were taken.

Because of the location on the square comes the very loud music until after midnight every night.

The location is fantastic, on the corner of the plaza. The rooms are clean, confortable, and the balconies are adorable. I was lucky to get a wrap around corner balcony. Stunning!
The shower is only warm if you have the water running at a slow pace (hardly any pressure). A little noisy due to location but that’s inevitable. You’re next to a Colombian plaza haha.

The hotel is nice and Jardin is wonderful.
The communication with the hotel was very difficult prior to arrival. I booked the room 2 months in advance and the hotel asked me to make a payment to a personal account in Colombia to guarantee the booking. When I refused, they cancelled the booking. I had to rebook, only to go through the same again, they almost cancelled again but I managed to message them before. Very stressful.

Breakfast was good and freshly cooked
The room was very small and basic. No air on or fan. Just a ( barely tepid) trickle from the shower. No balcony and the corridor to our room(217) had a view of the laundry area. Breakfast was not available until 8 o'clock
