Superb location. Stepping into the street from the scenic entrance, you find yourself right in the middle of the very exciting district of Le Marais. A leisurely walk from the apartment to many Parisian attractions such as Notre Dame and a very short walk to one of the best department stores in Paris. My wife and I appreciated the ready availability of Ronny, the owner of the building, who facilitated our stay in Paris.
Fine accommodation for up to two couples. Cramped for more people. Unable to see outside since the windows were covered. The elevator is not sturdy enough to transport baggage upstairs. Only one TV station is available, a French news station (which I liked).

The location of this flat is very good and one out of the three beds was comfy otherwise it is very hard to find something positive to write about.
I do not leave lengthy bed reviews very often but this calls for it...
This flat is extremely poor. No oven, hob dials missing, no curtains in one bedroom, no cupboards in one room, no bed side tables anywhere, the toilet opens onto the dinning table, no where to hang a coat, freezer needed defrosting, shower poured water all over the floor, cracked bathroom floor tiles with no bathmat, chipped paint work and mould all over the place, no sink plug, NO WINE GLASSES, no colander, no grater, no dish cloths, windows don't open, sliding door between bedrooms (what???)
The flat had been double booked so we had some poor German family on our doorstep at 7pm one night who had also booked the flat. Probably ruining their trip to Paris. I could go on.
These were our most expensive nights in Paris and the flat isn't worth 10% of what we paid. Certainly do not recommend and likely won't be using booking.com again for some time either.
PLEASE heed my advice and DO NOT book here... there are many other places to stay in the area and Paris in general. You would be better off booking into a youth hostel for a fraction of the price!

More bedding blankets. TV didn't work. Cooking facilities not up to standard.

The location of the apartment was amazing, could walk to so many paris attractions or would near loads of metro stations.
Lots of bars, cafes and restaurants around as well as supermarkets.
The kids loved the lift.
Was great having a washing machine.
An oven and Kettle would improve the kitchen.

The apartment is in a fantastic location and was easy to access, with great instructions form the host. It was clean and well appointed and we really enjoyed our stay there. Ronny was a great communicator and answered any of our queries promptly and helpfully. would definitely recommend!

The property was clean, well decorated, and comfortable for our family of 4!
Despite having no cot, we were able to bring our own for the stay and it fit well in the lounge area.

Wonderful building with lots of original styling and ambience. The owner comes by to check you have everything and is easily contactable

Car park I g in the area is expensive and can mount up after a couple of days.

The location, close to Hotel de Ville was great and there was clear communication on how to gain entry to the apartment.
This is quite rundown and several things need attention - the Aircon was vented out a window so you can't close the window; there is no allowance for baggage, the rooms were very small; the blinds did not work in the very small third bedroom; there is no sitting room area - just a small kitchen table; only only one kitchen hob could be used at a time; the paint was flaking off in the bathroom, and the floor was spongey in a couple of areas.

The location of apartment was good. The shower was good
One of the bedrooms had no window/natural light. Our bed had no headboard and was sideways on to the room which meant I had to climb over my husband to get in/out. The socket beside the table in the living room was broken and so in order to iron my dress I had to drag the table across the room and plug the iron in beside the sink. There was no solid wall between 2 of the bedrooms just a sliding door and so there was no privacy. One of the beds broke on the first night of our stay. The lead of the antiquated air conditioning machine was across one of the bedroom doors and was dangerous. There was a dirty wet mat on the bathroom floor that was ineffective. There were holes in the skirting board in bathroom. We did not find the complimentary tea & coffee until we were leaving as there was no note alerting us to it's availability. There was only 1 pillow per person.

Location
The Unit was nothing like the photos displayed on bookings.com. One double bed was broken. No air conditioning as shown in the advertisement. No separate lounge dining room as shown in photos, no ensuite, the two new bathrooms as shown in photos was in reality only one old bathroom.

Location was fabulous. Handy to transport and restaurants and shops. The washing machine was a bonus.
The apartment was much smaller than advertised. Although the actual apartment layout appeared later in our booking it would be best to see the 3 and 2 bed layout before the booking was confirmed.It was cramped for 4 adults. And, although the access was manageable others may have found it difficult.

Great location
The pictures on booking.com were not of the actual apartment that we stayed in. The bathroom was too small, very difficult to shower. Bed slats in one of the rooms was broken. We were unable to open the windows for air circulation.

We arrived at Paris late at night. The apartment was not cleaned for us to use. Everything was dirty and messy: we only went in and out because it seemed that it was occupied by someone else since the beds were messed up and had used towels on them, there was garbage and food remains in various parts. We could not stay and we had to look for a new accommodation at midnight with the inconvenience and discontent that it implied. The host's response was: the cleaning lady did not do her job.

The pictures in booking weren’t the same apartment. It didn’t have a sofa or a living room. Also, two of the beds falls.

The biggest advantage of the property is the location – near the Notre Dame Cathedral and the Louvre. Easy transit from Charles de Gaulle and Orly airports. Apartment is located in a beautiful tenement.
We rented the property for 8 people for 2 nights. After arriving in Paris the owner called and informed us that the shower was broken and asked us to come in later. When we arrived, it turned out that the shower cabin is missing and the repairs are in progress. We were relocated to two smaller apartments on the same floor. Next day, after returning to the apartments, we found out that our things were moved from one of them into the one undergoing renovation. The repairs were still in progress and we were waiting in the neighboring apartment for the workers to finish. After calling the owner several times, around midnight, the workers left (the shower was not fixed).

Very clear instructions to enter the building and access keys and a great location.
Top shower head was mouldy and would spray water, so if we had showers we had to use the handheld shower head. Overall did not feel very comfortable showering though because of the mould. We also did not have much contact with the owner of the property.

It is very compact and there is no view from the windows but it didn’t bother us too much.

Perfect little apartment for a family. Instructions on getting in to the building and the lock box information where clear.
It was a bit confusing finding the initial entrance, but we figured it out. We saw other guests checking in and they had the same issue.

The facility had mold and no operational shower. It was very poor maintenance.

The apartment could have used a few more items for example, paper towel, OMG a Paris apartment that doesn’t have wine glasses ?? no shampoo. the place was comfortable though and great location.

Good communication from the owner regarding entry. Security was good. Location was good, close to transport and local shops and restaurants. Apartment had View of the street with room for family of 5 to spread out. Beds were comfortable. overall a comfortable place to stay. The cleaner had cleaned early so able to check in when we arrived from our flight. Lots of codes to gain keys for entry, good for security.
luggage if heavy has to be carried up the stairs or put in lift one by one as the lift is temperamental and charge cost out if lift gets stuck. No dryer, no where to hang washing when wet.

Nothing. The listing was a fraud, and was so bad we couldn't even stay there. It was a deathtrap if there was a fire.
The creepy, ugly, bare, dangerous place was nothing like the pictures posted to get us to rent from this fraud. We understood that we would be renting an entire apartment, but instead it was a fraction of an apartment with a tiny table, 2 extra tiny bedrooms, and a sofa which I guess was the "living room". The original pics of the listing are nothing like what we actually go a key for. It was worse than a Youth Hostel; way worse. No pictures on the wall except 2 pieces of paper tacked up, lose wires in the kitchenette and no windows that open at all. A complete fire trap.

Excellent secure location, well appointed apartment, great base for our sightseeing. If I was travelling to Paris in the future I definitely book these apartments again.

the property was in an ideal location .. safe walking distance from great areas to eat out, supermarket around the corner .. we will visit again and stay here
no kettle !!! but a pan on the stove worked fine (British and our cups of tea 🤣) we had everything else we needed

Photos do not match the apartment. Tiny apartment with hardly any space, broken curtains, paint falling off, and anything but clean. Avoid, only worth location wise.

Fabulous location close to the Pompidou centre
Metro just down the road but good opportunity to do plenty of walking and very easy to get to the train and thus airport from the apartment.

Provisions in the apartment sufficient for a short stay of several days, nice coffee machine!

A breakdown in communication such that the owner had apparently sent check in details to us via booking.com but we never received them via email nor were they visible on the booking.com app
This delayed check in as we needed to ring the owner in order to access the property via a series of key codes/ a fob and pin code. Entering the property was really not straightforward at all. This delay was unnecessarily inconvenient.
The photos on booking.com indicated there would be a sofa but we think this related to other properties in the apartment complex not ours.
Plenty of portable fans in the complex but very oppressive for September and really need air con to be remotely comfortable to stay in the apartment for any length of time…We would not want to be here without air con in the height of summer.
The shower is tiny and can really only use the hand held wand otherwise the bathroom would flood.
