Restaurant was lovely, staff were exceptional, breakfast fantastic, hotel was bright and clean with nice decor.
Bedroom was tight for space as was bathroom. Our air conditioning stopped working (it was fixed but temperature control was difficult- too hot or too cold at times). The tv was not that reliable and very slow. It would have been nice to have a more dedicated bar area for an after dinner drink if coming in from being out for the evening.

-The location is very good, convenient - we were able to walk everywhere.
-Staff is welcoming.
-We had two drinks at the rooftop area and received 20% discount as well which was nice.
-The rooms facing the inner court was very dark, we had to have the lights on even during the day.
-The shower had mould so asked the hotel staff to get rid of it, they came in and used a chemical to remove this.
-Ideally it would be nice to not have to deal with this given its a five star hotel but the response was immediate.
