Location and cleanliness

They closed the hot tub, which was a huge reason for us booking this place. More dishes would have been nice. We had to do dishes all the time because we never had enough bowls. The washer was also broken so I had to pay to do laundry in the commons area. Lastly, the people above us were extremely loud and I had no idea where to report that.

The apartment itself is comfortable and spacious. Has a nice large bath.

It is marketed as ski in/out - it is not. At least 500 yards to the gondola. Across a busy road and around Zephyr lodge. Not very convenient with small children. There is a single elevator in the building and the apartment is the furthest from it (basically around the whole building). Hot tub was advertised in the name but it was closed. When asked to talk to management about miss marketing was just dismissed.
