Aardig personeel bij het uitchecken! De kamer was schoon en netjes.
De kamer was meteen naast de hoofdingang wat gehorig was, maar hier heb ik niet heel veel problemen mee gehad.

Hotel was closed wen we arrived. No staff over night and staff came with 40 min delay on the morning and breakfast started not 7:30 but 8:15.

Very nice appartment, close to oberhausen centre.
Very kind owner. We had car trouble and booked last minute. He was very kind and let us use the appartment untill we needed it.

The room wasnt arranged before we came but was provided by the manager there and NOORJAHAN took care of our type of customised breakfast.
the kitchen didnt have enough vessels as i was travelling with small kid i felt uncomfortable.Bathrooms the water stopped suddenly but rectified immediately by NOORJAHAN. She did good work Minor discomforts and she knows english so was easy to chat.

The room was beautiful, there was tea and coffee in the room, beds was very comfortible. The service was good, owner was very friendly and nice.

Breakfast was basic but OK.
There were no sheets on the bed, and when we were trying to raise this the reception was closed (11pm).
Many flies in the room.
