This beautiful home is the perfect getaway. Modern, extremely clean and located a minute away from Main street in Jamesport and 2 mins from the Beach.
Fully stocked with amenities, spacious and cozy with skylights providing generous natural light.
Perfect for a family up to 6 people. Comfortable dinning area, livingroom and lounge area for family time and games.
Owners are very pleasant, responsive and helpful.
Will definitely be booking again in the future!

My family and I had a lovely stay at this beautiful home! We were visiting the North Fork for a family wedding and this was the perfect location. We were able to enjoy the beach and walk around the neighborhood.
The home itself is beautifully appointed and very clean. There is a lovely deck outside where we all sat and relaxed. The owners were helpful and responsive - we had a last-minute schedule change and they were able to adjust our stay.
Highly recommend! Great for couples or families!

This charming home is in a wonderful location with an easy walk to the beach. It is well equipped, immaculate and feels newly renovated. The owners are very thoughtful and left us a beautiful welcome/birthday basket with a bottle of wine and some goodies! The large dining table is perfect for game playing, the beds are comfortable and the outdoor space is very inviting! We would love to stay again! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home in Jamesport!

Fantastic! House was so clean and has EVERYTHING needed. All furnishings were comfortable. From the linens to the kitchen you literally only need to pack clothes. Their cleaning crew really do their job. So many other places I have to clean when I arrive. Not here this house is spotless. We REALLY enjoyed our time at this house, we were in for a family wedding and had some family back for games and nosh, it is so incredibly inviting and roomy. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

The property was simply lovely. Our plans got a little derailed as not everyone was able to come due to illness, so my husband and I had the house to ourselves. It is a beautiful home, comfortable and well stocked with whatever is needed. The gift basket with local wine and snacks was unexpectedly welcome. Would love to come back in the warmer weather and enjoy the beauty of the North Fork and beach. Nothing to complain about just a simple suggestion.... I would put reflectors near the entrance of the driveway. We missed the turn at night twice as the house is set back. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our group as the space was all one level. We loved the open floor plan which worked well as we cooked dinner, lit the fire and enjoyed each other's company. The amenity basket with wine, snacks and brochures was a real nice touch. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The hosts were amazing, responsive and helpful before our trip and while we were there. We enjoyed the many board games they provided. The beds were super comfy. All the furnishings were up-to-date and beautiful. Everything was very clean. We have already started planning our return trip!

This house was a perfect setting for our vacation. It was perfectly clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything needed for a relaxing stay. There is a very cute beach at the end of the road and two restaurants within a ten minute walk. We definitely hope to stay there for a future vacation!

Exceeded our expectations
What a beautiful, immaculate , comfortable, well stocked home. Perfect from beginning to end. Our hosts were easy to reach and always helpful . And the location was great. Such a beautiful area, a short walk to a quiet beach and even to the main avenue for breakfast . The house was perfect for traveling with a 13 month old, very open , safe and easy to maneuver. Loved the deck and the pool! Getting ready to book next year. Thanks to our wonderful hosts!

Beautifully maintained comfortable cottage
Pleasantly surprised at the immaculate condition of the cottage. My husband and I booked for a 2 day mid-week getaway. The cottage was roomy, airy, nicely decorated, beachy and so comfortable. The couches in both the TV area and sitting area were fresh and clean. Several wineries close by we were able to enjoy . Beach is walking distance and beautiful in this quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend and we plan to rebook in the near future. Gloria & Marty

Visiting Long Island for close friend's wedding. The house was a great place to stay: ideal location, exceeded expectations, and the hosts were great. Location is ideal for beach, casual walks, and visiting the wineries. We look forward to future visits to the North Fork.

The house was great for our party of 6 in town for a wedding. Convenient to all areas of the north fork (vineyard-hopping). Home has additional amenities, not listed (pool/hot tub). Will bookmark for future visits!

About the only thing lacking was a 9x13 baking dish, which would have come in handy. Outstanding fireplace! Comfortable and roomy for five adults. Just a short walk to Peconic Bay or to Jamesport.

I was staying here with my family for my cousin’s wedding and we loved the space. It was large enough to comfortably hold the whole family and has plenty of common space for us to hang out (along with a great selection of board games!). The town of Jamesport was very nice and conveniently located as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the house in Jamesport. Just a few blocks & easy walk to the beach. The pool at the house was nice for keeping cool! The house was well equipped with everything we needed, incl. bathroom and kitchen supplies. Very handy to have a washer & dryer!
All rooms were clean, in great shape and nicely decorated. Would rent this house again!

I was attending my niece's wedding in Southold, Memorial Day weekend. My friend and I loved the house, location and the entire area. The house was meticulous, great layout, we didn't want to leave. The owner Maribeth is a pleasure to deal with. I would highly recommend this property!!!!!

Great stay in South Jamesport
We went out to the North Fork for a few days away. The house was a great spot for morning walks down to the beach, visiting wineries and all of the other great things on the North Fork. The photos for the property were accurate, but did not show the nice outdoor table for 6 and umbrella. The property was very spacious and fully stocked kitchen and games.

I had a great stay at this property! Photos were accurate and communication with the hosts was very straightforward and convenient from booking through checkout. The house is located right in the South Jamesport neighborhood with an easy walk to the beach and quick access by car to excellent restaurants. It was perfect for my weekend getaway - the house was very clean and well appointed with everything from extra towels and bedding to kitchen supplies and appliances. I would absolutely stay again.
