La casa è stata recentemente acquistata ed è completamente attrezzata con nuovissimi arredi, decorazioni e forniture. La casa ha una cucina recentemente rinnovata, ottima per cucinare e intrattenere. È completamente fornito e scorre senza soluzione di continuità nella zona pranzo e nel soggiorno. Dai un'occhiata al bellissimo tavolo da pranzo antico. Anche i bagni sono stati recentemente rinnovati. Tutte le camere e i bagni dispongono di lenzuola e asciugamani nuovi. La casa dispone di garage per due auto e lavatrice / asciugatrice con lavabo.
Bello come la casa, il tema interno / esterno è davvero ciò che rende la casa unica. Dalla zona giorno, si accede a una grande sala di meditazione privata, che presenta una parete di roccia per arrampicata per bambini. Questo conduce in una piscina riscaldata e un'area benessere con attrezzature per piscina nuove di zecca. Uscire dalla piscina su un ponte privato con barbecue e ampio cortile con erba con firepit che si affaccia sul bellissimo lungomare. Questo ambiente tranquillo è il luogo perfetto per l'intrattenimento familiare.
La casa situata in posizione centrale nell'esclusiva comunità di Southgate è vicina a così tante grandi attrazioni, tra cui Siesta Key Beach, il centro di Sarasota e il centro commerciale Southgate-Westfield recentemente rinnovato. Mentre è bello sapere che sono tutti così vicini, potresti scoprire che non vorrai mai lasciare il tranquillo paradiso di questa casa sul lungomare.

This was by far the cleanest and most well maintained house we’ve stayed with VRBO and we’ve stay with quiet a few. If like us I’m sure you’ll have experienced showing up at a house and being so disappointed with cleanliness and description but this is not one of those. Location was fantastic. It is right in the center of everything and the property manager was always on hand with any queries. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

FABULOUS location. April 2023
During our stay it was,4 adults and 2 children (2 years and almost 4 years.)
Spacious house in a wonderful neighborhood. Very quiet and nice mature trees.
The house has lovely rooms, loved the mattress in the master suite, and there is TV's in 2 of the bedrooms.
The place had enough towels for all of us, we stayed 10 days so had to wash multiple times as one would expect.
The kitchen had enough of everything, only thing I would say is that you have to be a little inventive on some things ( we used a roasting pan on the stove to cook corn on the cob because there was not a large pot but worked out perfect)
Also we cooked 8 out of the 10 days of our stay to save money, and the grill was used daily- worked great.
The pool and hot tub area and the screened in area we used everyday it was a blast for everyone. It is small but perfect for a cool down and the kids loved it.
The outside deck was great and the canal we a super bonus. We had all kinds of wildlife (manatees, turtles, lots of birds, and fish) loved this aspect.
Contact with Rudy was easy and delightful, he responded very quick to every question, very good plus.
The beach is a short 10-12 minute drive away
everyday was an easy journey no matter what day of the week. also a super plus but Siesta Key has free beach parking. The shops do charge a heavy price to park by them 8 dollars an hour- so please just be aware. we parked at the beach parking and walked over.

This property looks great in the photographs but in reality it’s not perfect nor is it a 5 star property.
To begin with the kerb appeal is disappointing with a rather sad and neglected garden to the front. The driveway surface is cracked and broken in areas.
On entering the property on first impressions it looks good. However this property has the potential to sleep six yet did not have enough dishes or sets of glasses to cater for 6 people. There were three glazed ceramic bowls of which one was cracked and another one had a significant chip around the rim. Only one champagne flute, some mixed glasses but no small glasses. The numbers around the dials for the hob and oven were virtually invisible. There were very little plastic plates and cups to use outside.
The lighting in the en-suite is dreadful particularly over the sink where one bulb was not working. No handles on the sliding door to the en-suite or closet.
The living area sofas are tired, marked and not comfortable.
The patio furniture on the deck has seen better days with rips and a cigarette burn to one of the cushions. The rattan table was damaged too. The decking handrail is very rough and there are spindles missing.
The beach parasol in the garage was broken and could not be used. There was no visible cool box. The beach towels are cheap and one was badly stained.
The pool was not warm enough for use until 31st December despite being there a full week. There is no screening around the pool so if you have younger children this would be a concern.
The outlook to the rear is very pleasant. The covered area with the climbing wall has the potential to be a great space but it was under dressed with a sofa , coffee table and a random desk and chair. With a little more thought and an injection of imagination this could be a great space to be enjoyed rather than a walk through from the master bedroom to the kitchen or to the pool and outdoor area.
We selected this villa as it looked very appealing and felt paying more would be a good decision. We were left dissatisfied and disappointed with the finish, comfort and lack of attention to detail. It would be impossible to consider this 5 star property in its current condition. There are too many flaws in its presentation that need attention.

Stayed at this lovely house while moving son in to college and attending orientation sessions. The 5 of us spent time every day/night in the private and secluded pool and jacuzzi. Incredibly relaxing way to spend our last week together! The house had everything we needed and more.

My kids always asked to go back to the house with the rock climbing wall and we were so excited to see it was available for our recent trip. Our whole family loves this beautiful home and it’s perfect for our family of 6. The kitchen is GORGEOUS and always stocked with whatever we need (minus the food of course). The pool/spa is amazing and we love the upgraded remote control system. Great for relaxing after long days at the beach. Only a few minutes drive to our favorite beach, siesta key. Management is always friendly and accommodating. We will definitely look for this home next time we come to Florida!

We even had a group of frolicking manatees putting on a show for us. :) A daily favorite was sitting on the deck in the morning, watching the world come to life, sipping our cup o' joe and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa and pool. If eating out every day is not your thing, the chef size kitchen is decently appointed and had my appreciation each time I made breakfast or dinner.
Close to Siesta Key, Lido Key and of course downtown Sarasota which are all fabulous in their own right, you can't go wrong with this VRBO. To top it off, the owner Chris and property Manager Rudy are wonderful. We did have a hiccup when we arrived but they were extremely responsive and quick to remedy the situation. I definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the area. Thank you Chris and Rudy! We tend to travel to different places rather than repeat our journeys but we will be back if we come your way again!

We were very pleased with everything this property had to offer. We liked the neighborhood. The canal is beautiful and peaceful. Everything was within close walking or driving distance. What a great relaxing vacation!

Nice family getaway
The house was big enough for all of us. We enjoyed the pool. The master bed was broken or not on the frame correctly. Kayaks were available but no where to put them in. The host was helpful and attentive until we left. We were accused of breaking the door, which we did not break. Not sure why they reviewed us almost a year after our trip.

Clean & Spacious!
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was very clean and felt very spacious. Of course our favorite feature was the pool and the hot tub. We spent most of our week out there! I would definitely stay here again!

Siesta key visit
We wanted to be as close to siesta key as possible. 10-15 min ride depending on traffic. Same distance to downtown areas. House is in residential neighborhood. Great kitchen. Nice and big house. Very clean. Some issues with pool but we spoke to manager and fixed issue. Perfect for families

Then we check the pool it was dirty we had to wait for the following day for the pool to be cleaned another 1/2 day we could not use the pool. Then the master bedroom has see thru curtains so you couldn't sleep in. On the third day my son-in law received a text early in the morning to throw out the trash and garage door didn't work si we had drag the garbage through the living room. And these guys never offered if we wanted to stay a little longer or a discount for the inconvenience. I would not recommend this property at all.

Perfect vacation house
We visited for my sons baseball tournament/vacation. The house is 3 miles from the fields and 4 miles from the beach. Perfect location! The kids enjoyed the pool & kayaks. This property is a must if you’re visiting Sarasota.
