Great location you get the view of lotus tower from the terrace. Rooms are neat and modern. Staff is attentive and the location is near to the major attractions in Colombo.

The staff is really kind and available to answer every question. The facility is new and clean: bathroom, a shared kitchen and the bedrooms. We even had a huge balcony. The roof top with the skyline view and the garden was our favorite spot for sure.

Just a few tips to make your place perfect: there was the desk with the chair, but hooks for hanging clothes or wet towel in the room would be super appreciated. The bed was incredibly comfy but a double sheet for the king size bed would be better instead of two single sheets. Last thing, yes, the basket was in the bathroom (shared) so, a basket in the room would be useful.

The location was fantastic, only a 10 min tuk tuk ride from the main bus and train stations. Also very close to Cinnamon Gardens. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was pretty modern and had good water pressure, which was uncommon in most of the other places we booked in Sri Lanka. The staff was friendly and lent us an umbrella, which was super convenient for a sunny day in Colombo. There was a rooftop with juice views to the Lotus Tower with a kitchen and a fridge.

The location is good, and it’s ok for what you pay.

There is a balcony that cannot be used since it is dirty and no furniture. There were ants in the sink of the bathroom and the floor of the bedroom.
