A dicha era un poco pequeña, pero nada que le quita puntos al lugar tan mágico.

Idetifying the building was a bit difficult.

Leonardo was a great host. He waited for me when I arrived late and gave me a recommendation for a delicious local restaurant! The room was clean and comfortable and as it looks in photos, and was in a lovely quiet part away from the centre of Rome. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Rome.

I knew from the description but I needed to take a bus and metro to get to/from Rome centre (Termini) which took an hour at best but up to 1h40, so plan ahead!

Close to Metro station so a short walk to the home. All the modern comforts available. The owner was always prompt in responding to my messages.

The room was clean and spacious. Access to the internet is excellent as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime. The owner was very helpful. I will stay again whenever I return.

Value for the price. Location was good but sorry for public transport of Rome made it worse

Liked mostly everything, except few small things, 1. The owner promised to get us a towel but never got one. 2. The owner was making a noice in the morning due to construction in the house, could have postponed it to afternoon but it is temporary and you might be not have such an issue. I just believe they could have done better with hospitality

Availability of the metro strop Vitinia

In the description there were dining area, microwave, coffee maker, kettler, but the day before our arrival the owner has written that we can’t use kitchen, only fridge and we can use common spaces only if necessary. Spider web on the lamp, dirty walls and old windows made a bad impression. The owner doesn’t respond to our message for wifi password till now, we were there for 2 nights, so communication with them was worth nothing. Promised netflix stopped working after few hours of watching, another unfulfilled thing from description. The nights in this small non air-conditioned room were like hell, we couldn’t sleep because of the high summer temperatures. There was small ventilator but it wasn’t helping.

it’s a private flat and the owner rents a room. the bathroom was tiny and mouldy and the shower didn’t work. there was only boiling hot water and the communication with the owner was rather bumpy. he somehow didn‘t expect our arrival and didn’t believe the shower was not working although another guest made the same complaint only some weeks earlier
