I loved the amount of space in the room. I think the first accomendation in Japan where I could store my luggage properly. The breakfast and dinner was amazing lots of choice. The private onsens were easy to use and many options. The staff very friendly. I also booked a massage and it was one of the best massages I had in a while. Overall this accomendation has everything you need, with the convenient store downstairs.
The toilet had a weird smell.

We loved this whole experience and would return. We enjoyed the shoe-free environment and kimono robes, as well as the restaurant buffet. The private onsen rooms were incredible and we may have tried them all. Walking in town at night to the bamboo grove was a treat and the sound of the river was soothing. This was a great breather between our Tokyo and Osaka stays and wonderful for families, couples and solo travelers.

Great location near quaint town. The property has great amenities (private onsen, convenience store, etc.). The buffet was tasty. A large property with nice staff. You do need to take off your shoes throughout the property - great as long as you have no issues walking with just socks. I would stay here again.
Large property with a very large dining room. Very tasty - not romantic.

Great location. Beautiful rooms and great onsen facilities. The surrounding area was a highlight.
