location and view! fully equipped home for a comfortable stay
beds not that comfortable, internet on tv was slow, tan/light switches don’t work. home was a little dusty like it hadn’t been deep cleaned

Great location, great view & great experience. Loved the decor & the beds were comfortable.
The seal to the sliding glass door is broken so the wind made a loud whistling noise all night/day. The unit above doesn't have felt on their stools & it was incredibly loud everytime they moved it (they had a party until 2:30am & then vacuumed & moved the furniture again at 4:30am). The TV's picked up 1 station - a Mexican station, which is fine, but disappointing when you see a written channel list that includes many channels including US channels.

Beautiful room and property..The noise transfer from upstairs is jarring. They slid their chairs back at fourth until 3 AM one night. They were partying, I get it. The voices couldn't be heard but the furniture upstairs Is loud and startling. The noise bounce In the hallway is also loud and echoey. For these reasons I'm not likely to return but thank you for a mostly beautiful stay.

The room was clean, FMI staff were friendly, very close to the beach, close amenities, and at a good price.
The couch that folds out to a mattress is not level(slopes down at an angle toward the legs a lot), it was occasionally difficult to reach the fmi office because I was contacted by various numbers from staff and returning calls/texts didn't reach anyone after they had contacted me with those numbers, the kitchen/laundry appliances were pretty old models so use wasn't always very convenient, the hot/cold water indicators on bathroom valves were put on backwards in both bathrooms.

Looks like there has been some remodeling done to the property looks a lot better than 3-4 years ago, pleasantly surprised and good to see it better than it was
