Great location for our needs. Comfortable and spacious. Friendly staff.
Could not accommodate us at check in time. We had to get ready for a special event in the lobby bathrooms.

Her behavior was completely rude, argumentative, disrespectful, and egregious. I cannot believe Candlewood suites has an employee in customer relations that behaves in such a manner.
Not including rooms, that smell and key cards given to different guests for the same room! ( dangerous and not safe)
I will never be using booking.com again, Or staying at Candlewood suits. However
I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I liked that the staff was extremely friendly. It set the tone as soon as you walked in. Our front desk person, Lamar, was so personable and friendly. I immediately knew that I had made a good choice in booking this hotel after conversation with him during the check-in process. My family was comfortable as well whenever we needed extra towels, blankets, etc. We especially liked the kitchenette! We went to the grocery stores which were nearby and we were able to cook our own food and eat when we got ready to eat.

Very clean, easily accessible.
No daily linen service. I was supposed to have a ground floor,handicap accessible room. They said they never received any such info. I had to stay on the 4th floor regular room.

Clean. Super comfy bed. Super easy to set up xbox and the fire stick to the HDR TV. Full on kitchen was cool and unexpected (even has a dishwasher), but didn't use it other than the fridge.

I loved how clean it was with attention to covid policies. Everything well designed and very useful. The in-suite kitchen was fantastic. Full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, and so cute and organized. This is my favorite hotel room I've ever stayed in. The hotel itself is in a perfect location if you have a car. Right next to Aldi and shopping options. There's a fitness room and free laundry although I didn't use them. I paid less for this room than at a different hotel that smelled bad, looked grimy and had a broken elevator.
It doesn't include breakfast with the reservation. I wish the pool were heated. The people above me were walking loudly and dropping things one night. It was so hard to sleep.

NO BREAFAST
OUR ROOM WAS RIGHT NEXT TO THE RECEPTION AREA, COULD HEAR PEOPLE COMING AND GOING. FIRST NIGHT WE COULD HEAR SUPER LOUD MUSIC COMING FROM THE FRONT DESK. DID NOT SLEEP AT ALL THAT NIGHT.

Super comfortable (beds were amazingly comfy), well located, good sized room, spotlessly clean, staff was very welcoming. They have generous & well lit parking. Would stay here again without a doubt, highly recommended.
