Everything! Clean modern well placed unit was warm and comfortable.
Heat pump was excellent kitchen was clean and appliances modern.
It even had washing machine and dryer also modern appliances and worked a treat.
Beds were comfortable and clean.
Ample parking and central to town and shops

Really modern, so clean and fresh, wifi great, has the option of a chrome cast for entertainment . Quiet area . Will definitely be back if in Invercargill again

Everything was superb. A concrete truck was to arrive at 8.00 a.m. the day of our departure and Rohanna advised us of this the night before and apologised profusely. There was little noise and no problems.
Real milk would be better.

Plenty of room, clean, comfortable and had a dishwasher and washing machine. Would definitely be happy to stay here again next time we are in Invercargill.

Wonderful accomodation, lots of space, modern, clean and friendly cleaner and owner
The iron needs a clean- I was grateful the cleaner got a pillow case for us to use on top of the clothes so we did not get the dirt from the iron on them

I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone for work or holiday. It was imaculate and had everything you could want. A proper home from home! Really easy check-in process - plenty of parking space. Wish we could have had more time there but travel plans didn't allow.

Nicest place I have stayed in Invercargill. Communication was excellent. Hassle free and a lovely surprise.
