It’s good value for the price
I really appreciate the tea and coffee station made available it was quite helpful
Staff was very friendly and approachable
They didn’t do any thing for my boyfriends birthday after I requested multiple times and they agreed to keep something in the room for his birthday before we arrived I was surprised not to see anything
Cleaner took a personal transparent glass bowl and spoon I brought during cleaning on Saturday and I wasn’t able to talk to the receptionist about it because they was no there when I returned even the following day when I was leaving

Room was clean enough, comfortable enough - though the bedside lamp didn't work. Had a problem with the water on my second night, but not their fault.
A shelf above the sink to keep toiletries would have been nice - or a replacement lamp.
