CityNote Hotel Beijing Road Pedestrian Guangzhou

Breakfast can be improved further with more varieties. Location of the Hotel is excellent as it is near the Beijing pedestrian walking street. Nearby a lot of eatery shop.

Only 1 lift and sometimes many people need to wait for the next one.

This hotel is absolutely the best choice. Location wise it is at a small quiet street just by Dafu Temple smack right at the centre of where all the food and shopping are located. The rooms were so comfortable and clean. I am in love with the pillows. Had such good restful sleep every night. The hotel staff were all such a delight and helpful I would absolutely come back and stay here on our next trip to this city

I am not a fan of the bathroom door. It is both the bathroom door and shower door all in one

Excellent location, outstanding services, and the best staff. Everything was perfect and welcoming. Highly recommend this hotel !

Staff were very friendly and helpful, but their English is limited and we had to use google Translate to communicate.

Location was good

our stay was quite disappointing. When we checked in, the staff told us that our room had a smell. However, we were told that if we wanted to change rooms, we would have to pay extra. I found this unreasonable, as the issue was caused by the hotel’s renovation. I have stayed in many hotels and this is the first time I have experienced something like this. I also asked if I could borrow an iron, but instead of having one brought to our room, I was told to get it myself from another floor. When I went there, there was no iron available. The customer service was not helpful, and there was very little effort to resolve either issue. Overall, the experience was disappointing and certainly not what I would expect from a hotel.
