Wonderful Stay with Warm Service and Excellent Facilities

Amazing stay at Astera Villa Seminyak! The service was incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. The villa itself was stunning, with top-notch facilities that exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend for a luxurious and comfortable getaway

Best Service

Stayed at Astera Villa Seminyak and loved it! The villa was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The free shuttle service was a huge plus, making it easy to explore the area. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend

Bad management

Unfortunately we didn’t get the chance to attend this property. We had just gotten married. And we’re so excited about attending Bali and to spend time in the villa. However we had a family member pass away unfortunately the day we were supposed to travel. We couldn’t go on our honeymoon. I then contacted astera villa and advised of our situation. We were grieving especially such a high or marriage. I told them we won’t be able to attend due to our circumstances. There was no sympathy nor refund. Not even a voucher for future for them. They only offered us to extend the stay for a month. (Very unrealistic) as an immediate family member had passed. I then provided death certificate also. But still no response. It was just about the money. So I would really be careful with who you choose to stay as they do not care about you personally.

I wouldn’t stay again

The room was great

There were pictures of another pool that wasn’t actually this villa upon booking, I ordered a floating breakfast but didn’t get it, I had to ask for wifi and everything etc.

Perfect way to end our 2 week stay in Bali

EVERYTHING. What a beautiful villa. So clean and tidy and the staff were amazing. The massive bed was so comfortable. The pool was glorious.

Good not great.

The staff were really great, kind and responsive.

The private pool for the villa was not very clean. They never checked the chlorine levels for the week we were there and we had to always ask for the pool to be cleaned. Even after cleaning it wasnt the best so we rarely used it. Additionally, we would ask our room to be serviced when we left in the morning. We usually returned in the late evening. Everytime we came back the room's door leading to the pool was left open. This caused a lot of mosquiotes to enter the room every night. We mentioned this to staff at least 3 times to please do not leave the door open after cleaning but it was always left open. It was quite frustrating. The tub adjacent to the pool was also dirty and we never used it. The hamock was not set up correctly so it hung far too low when you laid in it.

Bad experience

Comfortable bed

I had very bad experience at this place. Although the place is nice but under maintained. Room was cleaned, comfortable bed and sleeping experience. Pool was dirty. Check in experience was ok, but booking experience was horrible. I booked through booking. com and the option was to pay at property. Hotel staff reached out to me over WhatsApp harassing me for immediate payment through a separate link through WhatsApp which seemed unsecured. The maturity and experience of the member dealing with me was completely not upto standard. I believe the hospitality management of this hotel chain need to re consider their training and capabilities of people.

Luxury stay with complete comfort and fun

Really a luxury villa with complete amenities and front desk really helpful. Check-in was easy. Room is super good and was clean and new. The size is quite huge and worth everything paid for. Smart switches with Alexa voice command. Comes with speakers, tv. Wished we could have stayed more days there. Decoration and breakfast was at extra cost and really good.

Everything exceeded my expectation, cant find anything to complaint. There is no reason for any complaint or dissatisfaction. Is definitely recommended to the max to stay and enjoy the comfort there.

Beautiful spot to stay, great location, perfect size for two with our own pool.

Great location - only a short walk to a Main Street, cafes, ATM, supermarket. The bed was super comfy and different pillow options. There were two air conditioners and a fan to keep you cool at night.

-blanket are dirt with big mark -pillow cover not change -towel was not change -floor not clean -sliding door into toilet is like broken door -glass sliding door is hard to open ( like a broken ) - plate was not wash -water was not refill -pool is dirty with dry leaves

overall customer service was poor, room was nice. it’s unfortunate because the villa is very expensive.

nice location and pool.

- staff didn’t notify us that their was a daily limit in hot water. A staff member needed to turn on the hot water every morning. So we were showering in cold water throughout our entire stay. - TV wasn’t working and was locked to the HDMI channel. So we couldn’t watch normal TV. - On check out reception forgot to return our bond. I had to drive back from the airport to the villa to collect our bond. - you need to pay to use the bath tub.

Pool was good, bed was comfortable

Location of the villa is dodgy - located in a back lane off the beaten track. About 15 mins to get to any of the main strips in Seminyak. The safe in the room didn't work, didn't have pool towels in the room, and when the room was cleaned they didnt get replaced.

Great value, cute villa, excellent staff. No regrets

We loved the modern styling and design that we don’t usually see in other villas of this price range. It was very calming and relaxing to stay there. The bed and bathroom were very nice and enjoyable. We found the and chairs sufficient for working at on our laptops (MacBooks) and we were able to both fit there and work at the same time. Lots of great things about this villa but our favourite was the level of service from the staff. Very friendly and helpful staff who will take great care of you.

While we really enjoyed our stay, it would have been better if the bathroom had a hand towel, and an iron & ironing board (apparently you can ask for one at reception but other guests were already using it). The only other thing was that we had a mouse try and eat our noodles one night, so just make sure you don’t leave any food out that would attract mice. We didn’t notice any more mouse visits after that so I don’t think it’s something to judge the villa on.

Amazing Villa in Seminyak

The staff was great, the villa was really big for 2 people and the facilities were great. It was nice to have a tv with streaming services and speakers with Spotify available.

The villa was in a side street, not very near the beach. It was more than worth it though, a quick cab or gojek ride brings you right to the beach

Need Maintenance

I sleep well, the room was comfortable and room big enough for 2 people

Need a proper maintenance in bath tub, pool area and linen. I gave them some of the picture that i captured from the dirty linen, there is a hole in the pillow case as well and the swimming pool water is not as clean as other villa that i am staying in.

Exceptional

Everything. Especially the resepsionis she is really helpful.

The hammock is a bit too low, me and my friend burn our b*ttchick on the jacuzzi.
